Title of the invention: High voltage active fence
[0001] Today, traditional mechanical exterior defenses, such as conventional fences and mesh, do not prevent determined and equipped intruders from forcing and breaking into the private enclosures of properties and businesses. External electronic detection systems, such as sound and telephone, only manage to limit their presence time. Unfortunately, physical penetration still occurs, followed by major damage caused in a few minutes. There are electrified fences, but they have a massive frame, with struts and arms, steel or wooden posts, clad with glass or plastic insulators like those used for animal enclosures, complex to implement, expensive and unattractive and therefore unsuitable for the general public.In addition, these electric fences have a large diameter cable assembly, with large tension springs, tensioners, connections here called electrical loops between all the cables attached to the corner posts, start and end of zones, lateral to the doors and gates ... Finally, these fence cables are all supplied with "Plus", requiring the placement of numerous "Earth" stakes all along the fence, connected together by a cable connected to the "Earth" terminal of the generator, in order to expose the individual wanting to pass through to the difference in polarity essential to cause a shock synonymous with pain.
[0002] The present invention will be characterized by a light and much more discreet mechanical fence, in which a high voltage pulsed electric current (greater than 8,000.00 volts and less than 10,000 volts) but of low amperage will propagate, produced by a generator of electric discharges of a duration of less than one second, of a time between each pulse greater than one second and of an intensity less than 5 joules, standards required to be approved and legal.
[0003] The invention will be positioned around the perimeter of the site to be protected or on a previously defined perimeter, by means of posts with dielectric material totally insulating from the "earth", avoiding any risk of short circuits, through which conductive steel wires are passed to ensure the passage of electricity. There will therefore no longer be large insulators visible on each post of this new electric fence, see [Fig.2].
[0004] This new active fence, through exposure to non-lethal and legal neurological pain felt in the event of physical contact, will be able to prevent the passage of all persons not authorized to cross it. Indeed, whether in town or in the countryside, a specific assembly specific to the invention of these conductors will guarantee to produce an optimal shock in all cases and in all places. The pain is felt by the individual's concomitant exposure to its two different polarities. It should be noted here that many constraints and limits hinder the use of the "Earth" polarity, particularly in cities where there is a total absence of conductive reference earth on soils filled with sand and pebbles, covered with concrete or asphalt, blocking the macroscopic movement of electrical charges. In addition, it is forbidden to connect to the "Earth" circuit of any network of electrical outlets connected to the building's electrical panel. Therefore, it is very difficult for the person touching the "Plus" circuit to feel the shock charged with pain, if no direct contact is established between their feet and the natural "Earth".
[0005] The present invention, to create the exposure to the necessary difference in polarity between the "Plus" output of the high voltage generator and its other "Earth" reference terminal, will consist of connecting them directly to the conductive cables arranged on the poles. These will be sufficiently spaced apart from the odd ones to avoid creating a short circuit but sufficiently close together so that their proximity imposes on the individual, wishing to pass through, physical contact with at least two wires of reversed polarity. Thus, the latter will be exposed to a powerful electric shock, identical to directly touching the two terminals of the generator at the same time. There will therefore no longer be any need here to install on the ground a circuit connecting all the "Earth" stakes together, very often not very load-bearing and ineffective on artificial soils.
[0006] The present invention will be characterized by small diameter and light conductive wires, freeing themselves from the large steel tension springs previously essential, requiring only a small discreet spring to compensate for their elongation and contraction due to variations in external temperature.
[0007] Another innovation of the present invention will consist in establishing the connections of these two conductive circuits inside the posts. Indeed, until today, the connection of the cables to send them the “Plus” phase and the “Earth” was ensured on the posts framing each length, width, change of angle of the ground as well as the sides of the gates and wickets, by electrical cables insulated in tubes or sheaths with a large diameter, imposing and unattractive, unsuitable for domestic use around private houses. For reasons of discretion essential for the general public, these “loops” will be made in the invention on the side of a composite profile of the same width as the post, see [Fig.l] where the circuit “loops” are hidden, showing only the tension springs on which the steel wires are attached.Thus, this invention will visually present only aesthetic and non-putrescible composite material posts and fine wires stretched between them, making it easily compatible with traditional fencing, see [Fig.2].
[0008] The present invention will be characterized by two conductive circuits placed alternately on each pole. Let us suppose that the first one from the bottom is 1, up to the number of the last cable placed at the very top of the poles according to the required height: the odd ones 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, etc., will then be connected together to form a circuit connected to the "Earth" terminal of the generator and the even conductors 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, etc., will be connected together to form a loop starting from the "Plus" output terminal of the same voltage generator, connected to the return "Plus" terminal.
[0009] The present invention will be characterized by an easy preparation in the workshop of the starting, arrival and corner posts, in which will be initially wired either the odd conductor circuits, 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, etc ..., or the even conductors 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, etc .. . Thus, according to the configuration of each high voltage fence installation, the interiors of posts requiring either odd or even "loops" will be prepared and assembled beforehand. The other so-called intermediate posts, only serving to carry the wires carrying the electricity, will only require a drilling right through to receive them, see [Fig.2], excluding unsightly insulators.
[0010] The present invention will present, in addition to the enclosure, a cabinet containing the high voltage generator and a power supply unit delivering a 12 volt power supply, recharging a backup battery provided to support the assembly in the event of power cuts.
[0011] The invention will be electronically self-protected against attempts at sabotage or violation by the installation of a card for detecting voltage drops below a floor threshold, caused by short circuits following the cutting of a cable which inevitably touches the ground or those located below it with reversed polarity, or else an in-line resistance during an attempt by an intruder to pass over or through it, creating contact between two neighboring cables with reversed polarity.
[0012] The present invention will be capable, in the event of short circuits or abnormal resistances, of increasing the voltage sent in the lines to compensate for them.
[0013] The invention will be controlled by an alarm center. The latter will be controllable by remote control, secret code keypad or badges, key box or via an internet application, in order to manage the activation and deactivation of the electronic and electrical parts of the fence, supplemented by a telephone transmitter or a radio alert to warn users in the event of operating anomalies, while being capable of triggering in the event of attempted intrusion an alert siren, light, etc.
[0014] The present invention will therefore prove to be much lighter to install, more aesthetic and more dissuasive than heavy steel fences.

Claims
1. Lightweight high-voltage active fencing product, characterized by posts made of a non-current-conducting composite material, supporting fine steel wires creating over their entire height two close neighboring circuits connected alternately to the heart of the posts, connected to the two polarities Positive and Earth of an approved high-voltage generator, self-powered and self-protected by alarm. The aim is to expose to an electric shock anyone who touches these circuits when they are in service, plus trigger an alert and deterrent measures, to ensure an anti-crossing power superior to any external mechanical or passive electronic defenses, which can be crossed easily despite everything, heavy and expensive.
2. High voltage active fencing product according to claim 1 characterized in that it will prevent the passage of any unauthorized persons to cross it, even on artificial ground in town, without conductive earth or covered with asphalt not carrying the "Earth" polarity, thanks to the difference of the two polarities of the generator directly related to the two neighboring conductive circuits arranged on its posts from the bottom to the very top, synonymous with painful shocks inevitably felt over the entire surface of the fence.

High voltage active fencing product according to claim 1 characterized by its aesthetic composite material posts, carrying small diameter wires stretched by a small spring, with hidden "loops" of the two alternating electrical circuits, making it more discreet and aesthetic than previous electric fences.

High voltage active fencing product according to claim 1 characterized in that it comprises a cabinet equipped with a high voltage generator, a Mains / 12 Volt power supply unit also recharging a backup battery for self-powering with current, a card for detecting voltage drops below a floor threshold, causing the generator to increase its voltage in the lines to compensate for short circuits and abnormal resistances and triggering a telephone or radio alert, siren, light, etc. in the face of any attempts to pass over, through or sabotage, as well as an alarm center managing the remote activation and deactivation of all electronic and electrical parts.
