Abstract

This patent describes a static-dynamic air extraction system for buildings [Fig. 1], using brushless DC electric motors (EC motors) for improved energy efficiency. It incorporates advanced sensors such as anemometers, temperature probes, and a CO2 sensor, enabling dynamic adjustment of ventilation based on environmental conditions and indoor air quality. The system also includes an electronic control cabinet with a touchscreen for easy operation and wireless connectivity for remote monitoring. This invention offers an advanced solution for improving indoor air quality and energy efficiency in buildings.

Claims

6. Ventilation installation according to claim 5, characterized by the integration of a temperature sensor intended to evaluate the thermal characteristics of the air outside the building, this temperature sensor transmitting a signal representative of these characteristics to the control module.

7. Ventilation installation according to claim 6, characterized by the inclusion of an anemometer responsible for transmitting time data to the control module.

8. Ventilation installation according to claim 7, characterized by the integration of a CO2 sensor intended to transmit time data to the control module.

Ventilation installation according to any one of claims 6 to 8, characterized by programming the control module according to a regulation matrix, this matrix being established based on the data collected by the temperature sensor, the anemometer and, where applicable, the CO2 sensor and allowing the operation of the motors (17) to be triggered or switching to static mode.

10. Ventilation installation according to claim 9, characterized by a touch screen integrated into the control module, allowing the operational status of the ventilation installation to be displayed in real time.

11. A ventilation installation according to any one of claims 6 to 10, characterized in that it comprises one or more anemometers and temperature probes for measuring wind speed and outside temperature, thus enabling adjustment of motor speed and determination of the optimal operating mode.

12. Ventilation installation according to any one of claims 6 to 11, characterized by an electronic cabinet equipped with a touch screen for intuitive control and real-time monitoring of the system.

13. Ventilation installation according to any one of claims 6 to 12, characterized by a control box capable of connecting to a wireless network to transmit alarms and allow remote monitoring and management.
