Abstract

1-(4-amino-5-chloro-2-methoxyphenyl)-3-[1-(cycloheptylmethyl)-4-piperidinyl]propan-1-one fumarate salt – Pharmaceutical composition and associated use. The present invention relates to a compound selected from the fumarate salt of 1-(4-amino-5-chloro-2-methoxyphenyl)-3-[1-(cycloheptylmethyl)-4-piperidinyl]propan-1-one, and the hydrates of this salt, said compound being in particular in the crystalline solid state. The present invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition, comprising as a pharmaceutically active ingredient the compound of the invention, as well as the compound of the invention for its use as a medicament and in particular for its use in the treatment of a neurodegenerative disease selected in particular from Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease.
