Assembly, according to claim 1, characterized in that the device consisting of a calcinable connecting arm (3), the calcinable male part (41) of the dental attachment (4) and the calcinable abutment (1), is obtained, according to the lost-wax technique, in a single monolithic piece, of biocompatible metal, for the purpose of its attachment to the dedicated implant.
