Abstract

OPTIMIZED SECURE DOOR LOCKING DEVICE FOR MOTOR VEHICLES The present invention relates to a secure locking device (104) for a motor vehicle door (1), comprising a blade (140) having a proximal end (140.2) fixed to a bracket (8) and a distal end (140.1) resting under preload on a locking cam (6) intended to come into contact with a counterweight by rotation upon impact on the door, and said blade being configured to lock the locking cam by releasing upon said impact, notable in that said blade corresponds to a first blade, and the locking device further comprising a second blade (142) fixed to the bracket, said first and second blades being subjected to different boundary conditions, so that at least one of the two blades ensures the locking of the locking cam, regardless of the amplitude of the vibrations upon their release.(Figure to be published with the abbreviation: Figure 3).

Claims

said first and second retaining organs (170, 172) being fixed to the stirrup (8) and offset longitudinally along a longitudinal extent of the two blades (140, 142).

6. Device (104) according to claim 5, wherein the first and second retaining members (170, 172) have a longitudinal offset (D) between 1 mm and 50 mm.

7. Device (104) according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the first and second blades (140, 142) are fixed to the stirrup (8) by a single central fixing screw (150) common to both blades (140, 142), located near their proximal ends (140.2, 142.2).

Device (104) according to any one of claims 5 or 6, and according to claim 7, wherein the first and second retaining members (170, 172) are positioned at different distances (11, 12) from the central fixing screw (150), so that each blade (140, 142) has a specific preload dependent on the position of the support formed by the corresponding retaining member (170, 172).

9. External door opening control (102) of a motor vehicle (1), characterized in that it includes a safety locking device (104) according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
