Abstract

TITLE: Vessel Equipped for Algae Sterilization, and Sterilization Method Implemented. The present invention relates to a vessel (1) equipped with means for collecting floating algae, a crusher suitable for grinding the collected algae, a press suitable for pressing the ground algae to separate the solid algae residue from the pressing water, means for packaging the solid algae residue in a sealed biodegradable container, and means for sterilizing said pressing water. The invention also relates to a method for sterilizing algae on board a vessel (1), comprising a step of grinding the algae, a step of pressing the ground algae to separate the solid algae residue from the pressing water, a step of packaging the solid algae residue in an airtight biodegradable container, and a step of sterilizing the pressing water, these steps being implemented on board the vessel (1).
