Description

Title of the invention: Water treatment process and device

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of water treatment, and more particularly, tap water treatment. The present invention also allows for the treatment of well water.

[0002] The present invention relates more specifically to a process and a device designed to transform tap water or well water into pure, soft and revitalized water.

[0003] More specifically, thanks to an innovative process, these systems offer a complete solution that includes water filtration, softening and revitalization, thus providing numerous health and wellness benefits.

[0004] The water treatment process according to the present invention comprises a first step consisting of water filtration and softening, implemented by means of three natural elements, described in more detail below:

[0005] - passage of water through a pozzolan filter: filtration by means of This natural rock, composed mainly of basaltic volcanic scoria or similar composition, allows for:

[0006] • Natural purification: Eliminates large sediments and blocks some of the nitrates.

[0007] • Effective descaling: Transforms limescale into aragonite without polluting, reducing thus limescale buildup.

[0008] • Positive impact on water: Improves water quality and is fully recyclable.

[0009] - passing the water to be treated through a zeolite filter, which consists of a Hydrated crystalline aluminosilicate with a honeycomb microstructure, which allows for:

[0010] • Removal of heavy metals: Capture of contaminants such as mercury, lead and arsenic. Reduction of more than 50% in residual radioactivity (such as radon-222).

[0011] • Descaling: Like pozzolana, zeolite crystallizes limestone into aragonite.

[0012] • Organoleptic improvement: Renews the taste and smell of the water.

[0013] • Recyclability: Totally recyclable after use.

[0014] - passage of the water to be treated through a filter composed of activated carbon based on coconut shell, which results in:

[0015] • Effective purification: Removes chlorine, ozone and micropollutants, while eliminating unwanted odors.

[0016] • Optimal taste: Improves the taste of water, making it more pleasant to drink.

[0017] The water is then treated by means of microfiltration, which consists of high-precision filtration.

[0018] This step is implemented using a CINTROPUR® centrifugal system (registered trademark) to ensure optimal contact between the water and the filter substrates.

[0019] Such a system exhibits optimal efficiency and is capable of withstanding pressures of up to 16 bars while processing up to 6m3 per hour with a low pressure loss.

[0020] The process of the present invention also includes, following the aforementioned filtration steps, a water revitalization step for the water to be treated.

[0021] The revitalization process implemented uses a GRANDER® device (registered trademark) which includes:

[0022] • Revitalized water core: GRANDER® devices (registered trademark) contain a core of revitalized water, treated using a generator developed by Johann Grander.

[0023] • Vortex effect: They use an applied magnetic field to transmit natural impulses to water to be treated without direct contact.

[0024] • Magnetic field: Applied without direct contact, it stabilizes and regenerates the water of in a natural way.

[0025] The present invention also relates to a device suitable for implementing the process described above for the treatment by filtration, softening and revitalization of water, in particular tap water, which needs to be treated.

[0026] Such a device is illustrated in the single [Fig. 1] attached to the present invention.

[0027] [Fig. 1] illustrates a particular and preferred embodiment of a water treatment device, in particular a tap or drawing water device, adapted to implement the water treatment process of the present invention, and which comprises, at least:

[0028] - of the first means of filtration, the filtering element of which consists of the pozzolana;

[0029] - of the second filtration means 1b, the filtering element of which consists of the zeolite;

[0030] - of the third filtration means, the filtering element of which consists of activated charcoal made from coconut shell;

[0031] - fourth filtration means 2 suitable for enabling microfiltration and featuring a Cintropur ® centrifugal system (registered trademark).

[0032] Preferably, the first, second and third filtration means la, 1b and le, respectively, are arranged in the order described above.

[0033] However, the arrangement may possibly be different.

[0034] The first filtration means la are connected by suitable means, including in particular a tap 7, to a supply of water to be treated, in particular to a tap water supply, and the various filtration means la, 1b and le are connected to each other through means adapted to allow the passage of the water to be treated successively from one to the other of the filtration means la, 1b and le.

[0035] Downstream of the microfiltration elements 2 is positioned a device 5 consisting of a Grander ® device (registered trademark), comprising a core of revitalized water and magnetic means enabling the formation of a magnetic field for a transmission of natural pulses to the water, without direct contact with the water to be treated.

[0036] Device 5 is connected, downstream of this one, and by suitable connection means, to a water outlet once the water has been treated.

[0037] The water treatment device of the invention also includes maintenance valves referenced 3 on the attached [Fig.1], a purge valve 6 associated with each of the filtration means la, 1b, le and 2, as well as at least one pressure gauge 4, or even several pressure gauges 4.

[0038] Furthermore, according to a particular feature of the invention, and in particular when the water treatment device is intended to purify well water, it can also incorporate a UV filtration means, of the type sterilizing filter with UV treatment (not illustrated in the attached figure).

[0039] In this case, most preferably, such a filtration means with UV treatment is located, in the water treatment device, upstream of the 5 Grander ® device (registered trademark).

[0040] Thus, in this case also, the water treatment process associated with this device may include an additional UV water treatment step.
