Abstract
Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of automobiles. More specifically, the present invention relates to a holding device for an interior space of a motor vehicle for holding at least one bag. BACKGROUND INFORMATION
[0002] Carrying a bag of goods in the motor vehicle can sometimes be adventurous, as stuff inside can easily spill out in case of sudden breaking / acceleration / turning.
[0003] According to the state of the art different food bags are known, which has the disadvantage that they need to have a correct size to prevent spilling, for example to few things the food bags do not work. Furthermore, the food boxes are occupying space when not used. Furthermore, boxes are known. These boxes are not really secured, and the boxes are occupying space when not used. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0004] It is an object of the present invention to provide a holding device for a motor vehicle, by which a safe mounting of at least one bag at the holding device in the motor vehicle is provided.
[0005] This object is solved by a holding device according to the independent claims. Advantageous embodiments are presented in the dependent claims.
[0006] One aspect of the invention relates to a holding device for an interior space of a motor vehicle for holding at least one bag, wherein the holding device is configured for being mounted at a functional device of the motor vehicle, wherein the holding device comprises a buckled belt for holding the at least one bag.
[0007] Therefore, an easy holding device is provided, which needs no further space inside the motor vehicle. The holding device can be mounted at a function device, for example interior wall of the motor vehicle. In particular, the holding device can be adjustable, and therefore a bag can securely be mounted at the holding device. Therefore, a safe way for storing the bags inside the motor vehicle is provided.
[0008] According to an embodiment the buckled belt is length-adjustable.
[0009] In another embodiment the buckled belt comprises nobs for adjusting the length.
[0010] In another embodiment the buckled belt comprises an eyelet for adjusting the length.
[0011] In another embodiment the holding device is configured for being mounted in a footwell of the motor vehicle.
[0012] In another embodiment the holding device is configured for being mounted in a trunk of the motor vehicle.
[0013] Further advantages, features, and details of the invention derive from the following description of preferred embodiments as well as from the drawing. The features and feature combinations previously mentioned in the description as well as the features and feature combinations mentioned in the following description of the figure and / or shown in the figure alone can be employed not only in the respectively indicated combination but also in any other combination or taken alone without leaving the scope of the invention. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWING
[0014] The novel features and characteristic of the disclosure are set forth in the appended claims. The accompanying drawings, which are incorporated in and constitute a part of this disclosure, illustrate exemplary embodiments and together with the description, serve to explain the disclosed principles. The same numbers are used throughout the figures to reference like features and components. Some embodiments of system and / or methods in accordance with embodiments of the present subject matter are now described below, by way of example only, and with reference to the accompanying figures.
[0015] The drawing shows in:

[0017] In the present document, the word "exemplary" is used herein to mean "serving as an example, instance, or illustration". Any embodiment or implementation of the present subject matter described herein as "exemplary" is not necessarily to be construed as preferred or advantageous over other embodiments.
[0018] While the disclosure is susceptible to various modifications and alternative forms, specific embodiments thereof have been shown by way of example in the drawing and will be described in detail below. It should be understood, however, that it is not intended to limit the disclosure to the particular forms disclosed, but on the contrary, the disclosure is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternatives falling within the scope of the disclosure.
[0019] The terms “comprises”, “comprising”, or any other variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion so that a setup, device or method that comprises a list of components or steps does not include only those components or steps but may include other components or steps not expressly listed or inherent to such setup or device or method. In other words, one or more elements in a system or apparatus preceded by “comprises” or “comprise” does not or do not, without more constraints, preclude the existence of other elements or additional elements in the system or method.
[0020] In the following detailed description of the embodiment of the disclosure, reference is made to the accompanying drawing that forms part hereof, and in which is shown by way of illustration a specific embodiment in which the disclosure may be practiced. This embodiment is described in sufficient detail to enable those skilled in the art to practice the disclosure, and it is to be understood that other embodiments may be utilized and that changes may be made without departing from the scope of the present disclosure. The following description is, therefore, not to be taken in a limiting sense.
[0021] Fig. 1 shows a schematic side view according to embodiment of an interior space 10 of a not shown motor vehicle. Furthermore, a functional device 12 from the motor vehicle is shown. For example, the functional device 12 may be an interior wall of for example of a footwell of the motor vehicle. Alternatively or additionally, the functional device 12 may be an inside wall of for example a trunk of the motor vehicle.
[0022] According to the embodiment of the invention a holding device 14 for the interior space 10 of the motor vehicle is provided for holding at least one bag 16, wherein the holding device 14 is configured for being mounted at the functional device 12 of the motor vehicle, wherein the holding device comprises a buckled belt 18 for holding the at least one bag 16.
[0023] For example, the holding device 14 may further comprise a mounting element 20 for being mounted at the functional device 12. The buckled belt 18 may be arranged at the mounting element 20.
[0024] As shown in Fig. 1, the buckled belt 18 is length-adjustable. For example, therefore, the buckled belt 18 may comprise nobs for adjusting the length. Furthermore, the buckled belt 18 may comprise an eyelet 24 for adjusting the length.
[0025] In particular, the buckled belt 18 may be preinstalled and length-adjustable and bags 16 may be hanged to this buckled belt 18, and the length may be adjusted such that it fits the height of the bag 16. This may prevent stuffs in the bag 16 from falling / spilling out.
