Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a cover device for a carpet cleaning wand or similar. Background and Prior Art Many people in many societies across the world increasingly are keen to ensure proper cleaning of flooring in their homes and commercial premises, due to improving recognition of the importance of cleanliness, often using specialist equipment on the flooring, at least periodically. Professional and / or specialist equipment for cleaning flooring often includes dedicated equipment, such as a portable extraction carpet cleaning machine or truckmounted system. Such machines or systems typically use carpet cleaning wands for hot water extraction machines and wands for cleaning hard floors. These wands have long stainless steel or aluminium tubes and triangular splayed heads at one end and deviated hose connectors at the distal ends, and insulated handles and triggers at an intermediate height between the ends. During transport between locations or between uses, it can be common for such equipment to be kept in uninsulated spaces or vehicles, and after heating in use it is common for condensation to form on the metal or alloy. When water (droplets) then freeze they may damage the carpet cleaning wand, for example blow or split brass units or other parts. Summary of the Invention According to the present invention there is provided a cover device for a carpet cleaning wand which device comprises a body and an entrance, wherein the body comprises an insulative water impermeable material or layers, and the entrance provides a reversible means of accessing an internal volume; and wherein the internal volume comprises an enlarged triangular portion at a first end, an elongate central portion, and a distal enlarged handle second portion at a second end. In this way the device of the present invention may provide a means of providing a means of carriage and storage of a carpet cleaning wands, or similar item, which prevents the carpet cleaning wand from becoming overly cooled, and risking freezing, which is liable to damage the carpet cleaning wand and parts thereof. In some embodiments of the device the device comprises an intermediate tapered bulge located intermediate the ends, which bulge may be envisaged to receive the intermediate grip handle of the carpet cleaning wand. In some such embodiments of the device the intermediate tapered bulge is located central the central portion between the two ends. In some embodiments of the device the device comprises insulative heat capture material, for example wool fibre or the like, which may be sandwiched between other layers for example. In some embodiments of the device the device comprises retroreflective material, for example a layer for reflecting light or heat, which may be located on an inner surface of the device. In some embodiments of the device the device comprises metallic material, for example a metallic foil inner layer. In some embodiments of the device therefore it may be envisaged that the device comprises a plurality of layers of material. In some embodiments of the device the reversible closure means comprises a heat resistant sealing closure means, so as to prevent heat loss, prevent entrance of cold and / or movement of moisture. Such closure means may comprise a resiliently deformable seal additional to or fully comprising a mechanical closure. In some embodiments of the device the reversible closure means comprises a zipper in addition or the alternative. In some embodiments of the device the reversible closure means is arranged to close the device in a longitudinal arrangement, along the longitudinal axis of the device or carpet cleaning wand. In this way the carpet cleaning wand may be easily entered into the device. This advantageously allows for the carpet cleaning wand to be surrounded closely by the internal surfaces of the device, so as to minimise accumulation of condensation or humid air internally. In other embodiments the reversible closure means may be located at an end, for example where the device is arranged to accommodate a plurality of different style, dimension or format carpet cleaning wands, and therefore has less requirement to be closely dimensioned in relation to the carpet cleaning wand. Advantageously an end opening will reduce the amount of potential air movement through a reversible closure means that is not sealed or sealable. In some embodiments of the device the device comprises handles for easy carriage, which handle may be located intermediate the ends. Detailed Description of Figures With reference to the figures there is shown an embodiment of a cover device 99 (as shown in Figure 1) for a carpet cleaning wand 100 (as shown in Figure 5) which device comprises a body 2 and an entrance 8, wherein the body comprises an insulative water impermeable material or layers, and the entrance provides a reversible means of accessing an internal volume 12; and wherein the internal volume comprises an enlarged triangular first end portion at a first end 1, an elongate central portion, and a distal enlarged handle second portion at a second end 3. In particular reference to the pictured embodiment, the embodiment comprises a monolithic fabric covering bag, where the enlarged triangular first end portion 5, elongate central portion 6, and distal enlarged handle second portion 7 towards the second end are all reflected and shaped by the body 2 externally as well as internally. In other embodiments the internal volume may be a different format, shape or material. Such bag is formed of a plurality of layers of material and these layers overall provide a waterproofing function as well as a protective function to avoid damage to the carpet cleaning wand when it is in placed within the body. Additionally the layers of material provide an insulative function, so as to prevent the carpet cleaning wand becoming excessively cooled, and ice forming on the cooled metal of the carpet cleaning wand. It may be envisaged that an internal layer may be provided by an impermeable or waterproof fabric or material such as a polyethylene, plastic or polymer which may be shiny or smooth. It may be envisaged that a central layer may be provided by a wool, or a fiberglass lagging cloth, silicone fiberglass cloth or aluminized fiberglass cloth. It may be envisaged that an outer layer may be provided by a robust waterproof material, such as a Nylon (RTM) or waterproofed cotton webbing. The body is provided with a triangular portion 5 for receipt of the carpet cleaning wand’s head 21, and an elongate body 6 intermediate the ends, for receipt of the carpet cleaning wand tube 22. It may be envisaged that the body may allow for a swan neck 25 at the head end, for example having an enlarged volume or diameter of internal space. At the distal end the body allows for a deviation 24 in the handle of the carpet cleaning wand before its end 23. Intermediate the ends the body comprises a tapered bulge 7, which surrounds and receives the handle 27. In this way the body is enabled to be kept tight against the carpet cleaning wand’s tube, reducing the quantity of air that is inside the body, and consequently reducing the quantity of humidity and condensation. The body provides a longitudinally elongated entrance between the ends. This entrance 8 has a reversible closure means, which in the pictured embodiment comprises a stainless steel zipper. Two handles 4 extend from the sides of the body 2 for carriage. The invention has been described by way of examples only and it will be appreciated that variation may be made to the above-mentioned embodiments without departing from the scope of protection as defined by the claims.

Claims

1. A cover device for a carpet cleaning wand which device comprises a body and an entrance, wherein the body comprises an insulative water impermeable material or layers, and the entrance provides a reversible means of accessing an internal volume; and wherein the internal volume comprises an enlarged triangular portion at a first end, an elongate central portion, and a distal enlarged handle second portion at a second end.

2. A cover device for a carpet cleaning wand according to claim 1 comprising an intermediate tapered bulge located intermediate the ends.

3. A cover device for a carpet cleaning wand according to claim 2 wherein the intermediate tapered bulge is located central the central portion between the two ends.

4. A cover device for a carpet cleaning wand according to any preceding claim comprising insulative material.

5. A cover device for a carpet cleaning wand according to any preceding claim comprising retroreflective material.

6. A cover device for a carpet cleaning wand according to any preceding claim comprising metallic material.

7. A cover device for a carpet cleaning wand according to any preceding claim comprising a plurality of layers of material.

8. A cover device for a carpet cleaning wand according to any preceding claim wherein the reversible closure means comprises a heat resistant sealing closure means.

9. A cover device for a carpet cleaning wand according to any preceding claim wherein the reversible closure means comprises a zipper.

10. A cover device for a carpet cleaning wand according to any preceding claim wherein the reversible closure means is arranged to close the device in a longitudinal arrangement.

11. A cover device for a carpet cleaning wand according to any preceding claim comprising handles.

12. A cover device for a carpet cleaning wand according to claim 11 wherein the handles are arranged between the ends.
