Abstract
The invention relates to a cylindrical horizontally- or vertically- positioned wind turbine (1,2) provided with fixed external blades (3) which are inclined to direct all the air inside the wind turbine and onto the internal blades (4) in such a direction as to maximize the air pressure. The internal 6 blades (4) are firmly screwed to the generator's chassis which is also the generator's rotor (10) and located at the base of the wind turbine. When the internal blades (4) rotate with the generators chassis which has 36 Neodymium magnets (14) inside, the 6 coils (15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20) in the stator (14) which is in the center of the generator, produce current by induction. The current, voltage and frequency are proportional to the rotation speed, and the 6 coils are in phase synchronization. A microprocessor (21) reads the voltage of the 1st coil (15) and accordingly adjusts the total output voltage (26) with a series of electronic relay switches (23) that arrange the coils in a combination of parallel and serial connection so that the total output voltage (26) is within the desired range for charging the battery. An electronic gearbox adapts to the wind speed and electronically regulates the output voltage without power losses. The automatic electronic output voltage regulation (26) with the continuous rearrangement of the 6 coils (15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20), in combination with the special arrangement of the external blades (3) that direct the air and the possibility of placing the wind turbine vertically (1) or horizontally (2), gives much greater energy production compared to existing wind turbines.
