Abstract

Dental saliva ejector (10), comprising:- a substantially cylindrical suction tube (1) having a proximal first end (1a) connectable to a suction source, a distal second end (1b) and a suction passage (2) extending between the ends (1a) and (1b), and- a head (3) connected to the distal second end (1b) of the suction tube (1) and provided with perforations (12), characterized in that the head (3) comprises an arcuately extended upper surface (3a) facing the suction tube (1), an arcuately extended lower surface (3b) opposite thereto, and a side wall (3c) sandwiched by the upper and lower surfaces (3a, 3b), which upper and lower surfaces (3a, 3b) together with the side wall (3c) define a cavity (4) connected to the suction passage (2), and which side wall (3c) has two substantially parallel first and second curved sections (5a, 5b), which curved sections (5a, 5b) are connected by rounded ends (6).
