Abstract

The present disclosure provides peptide compounds that inhibit the human cytokine IL-17. The disclosure also provides pharmaceutical compositions comprising the peptide compounds. Furthermore, the disclosure also provides methods for using the peptide compounds, such as methods for treating or preventing IL-17-mediated or associated diseases, conditions, or disorders.
