Abstract
As shown in the [Reference perspective view showing the overview of seismic reinforcement work], this product is used in seismic reinforcement work to attach a seismic reinforcement steel pipe unit to an existing PC electrification pole (electric pole) of an elevated bridge to prevent brittle fracture in the event of a major earthquake. The seismic reinforcement work to prevent brittle fracture of an existing PC electrification pole (electric pole) involves installing a steel pipe unit, which is made of cylindrical steel pipes separated into upper and lower parts and connected with multiple rebars, on the outside of the existing PC electrification pole, filling the gap between the steel pipe unit and the PC electrification pole with non-shrink mortar, and after the mortar hardens, cutting the PC steel wires inside the existing PC electrification pole at the middle part of the steel pipe unit separated into upper and lower parts with a wire saw, so that the rebars plastically deform in the event of a major earthquake, absorbing seismic energy and giving the PC electrification pole deformation performance. As shown in the [Reference front view showing the state of use] and the [Reference horizontal cross-sectional view showing the state of use], this article is a pole fixing jig for a wire saw device that fixes the wire saw device to a PC electrification pole in the aforementioned earthquake-resistance reinforcement work. This article includes a jig plate that is arc-shaped in plan view and spaced a specified distance from the outer circumferential surface of the PC electrification pole, and a nut that fixes the wire saw device.
