Abstract

This image shows transaction details on a screen that provides accounting functions. The top right of the image shows a "Total number of unjournaled details" button and an "All details" link. The "Total number of unjournaled details" button has a link to a list of unjournaled details for all financial institutions or financial services, and pressing the button can cause a transition to the corresponding list screen. The "All details" link has a link to a list of all details for all financial institutions or financial services, and pressing the button can cause a transition to the corresponding list screen. Below that, tabs for each type of financial institution or financial service are displayed, and the types can be narrowed down by pressing each tab. The area surrounded by a square frame at the bottom of the image (hereinafter referred to as a box) shows an icon indicating the type of financial institution or financial service, the name, the "Number of unjournaled details" button, the balance, and the update status of the details information. If there are multiple financial institutions or financial services linked to the accounting function, multiple boxes are displayed side by side for each financial institution or financial service. The "Number of unjournaled details" button in the upper right corner of the box displays a number indicating the number of unjournaled details for each box. The "Number of unjournaled details" button has a link to a list of unjournaled details for the box, and pressing the button can transition to the list screen. When the authentication required for linking with financial institutions or financial services has expired or is approaching the expiration date, the image changes to show the changed state. In the image showing the changed state, the "Renew authentication" button is displayed in the lower right corner of the box. The "Renew authentication" button has a link to a screen for updating the authentication token, and pressing the button can transition to the screen. The border and background of the box are displayed in red to indicate that the authentication required for linking with financial institutions or financial services has expired. The border and background of the box are displayed in orange to indicate that the expiration date is approaching.
