Abstract
The present article is a shape retaining material for a solar module support, which is fixed inside a solar module support supporting a plurality of solar modules formed in a rectangular shape as shown in "Reference Fig. 1 showing a state of use" and is intended to maintain the inclination angle of the plurality of solar modules at a predetermined angle as shown in "Reference Fig. 2 showing a state of use". The present article is arranged at the center and / or both left and right sides of the solar module support as shown by the dashed lines in "Reference Fig. 1 showing a state of use", and "Reference Fig. 1 showing a state of use" shows a state in which the article is arranged at three locations in total, the center and both left and right sides of the solar module support. The solar module support includes a front support member formed in an accordion-like overall shape by alternately repeating mountain folds and valley folds each having a length in the horizontal direction, as shown in "Reference Fig. 2 showing a state of use", and the solar module is fixed between the mountain folds and valley folds formed in the front support member and facing upward. As shown in the "front view" and "left side view", the article includes a band-shaped body formed in a sheet shape and having a length in the vertical direction, and a plurality of adhesive pieces made of a film having a predetermined rigidity and fixed to the band-shaped body at a predetermined interval and shown in "Reference Fig. 2 showing the state of use". These adhesive pieces are attached to the back surface of the front support member, and as shown in the "CC part enlarged view" or "Reference Fig. 2 showing the state of use", are formed in a > (inequality sign) shape in side view, and are composed of one adhesive piece part having a length from the valley fold part constituting the front support member to the mountain fold part side and gradually inclined upward from the band-shaped body side, and the other adhesive piece part having a length from the valley fold part constituting the front support member to the mountain fold part side and gradually inclined downward from the band-shaped body side. Each of the adhesive pieces is fixed to the band-shaped body between the one adhesive piece part and the other adhesive piece part. In addition, an upper end adhesive piece is adhered to the upper end side of the article as shown in the "BB portion enlarged view," and a lower end adhesive piece is adhered to the lower end side as shown in the "DD portion enlarged view."The upper end adhesive piece and the lower end adhesive piece each comprise a base end adhesive piece portion adhered to the front surface of the band-shaped body and an inclined adhesive piece portion adhered to the back surface of the front support member and formed at an angle.
