Abstract
This is a temporary handrail support that supports a handrail at the top of a retaining wall to prevent workers from falling during construction. The support part consists of a support with a clamp that fixes a single pipe and an angle adjustment plate, and the angle adjustment plate has an arc-shaped guide groove, and the angle of the support is adjusted and fixed around the fulcrum bolt and nut as the central axis. The gripping thickness adjustment mechanism presses and fixes the front wall side square pipe and the operation side square pipe, which are made axially slidable by inserting square pipes of different diameters, with a push bolt and nut, to adjust the initial gripping thickness of the retaining wall. The clamping mechanism consists of a buffer plate supported by the front wall side frame fixed to the front wall side square pipe, and a driving screw rod screwed into a driving nut provided on the operation side frame fixed to the operation side square pipe, and an angle-adjustable metal fitting is provided at the tip of the driving screw rod. The buffer plate is placed against the front wall and the retaining wall is clamped by the driving screw rod, making it possible to deal with inclined walls with uneven retaining wall thickness. By turning the screw rod forward or backward, the distance between the buffer plate and the adjustable angle bracket can be reduced or increased, allowing it to be detachably attached. This equipment can be used for retaining walls with inclined front walls, and by using the angle adjustment plate, the support can be installed vertically even for retaining walls with different inclination angles of the front walls.
