Abstract

This image is for displaying various information of electric construction machinery that is driven by an internal battery and an external commercial power source, and is displayed on a monitor or tablet installed in the driver's seat of the construction machinery. As shown in "Reference Figure 1 showing the names of each part" and "Reference Figure 2 showing the names of each part", a display area is arranged in the lower center of the screen, which displays in white an icon of either the commercial power source or the battery as the driving power source, and an area for displaying the motor power is arranged to the right of it. An area for displaying the hour meter and tachometer is arranged in the upper half of the center of the screen. In addition, the display areas for the battery remaining capacity, battery temperature, and inverter temperature are arranged in the left side of the screen, and the display areas for the cooling water temperature, motor temperature, and hydraulic oil temperature are arranged in the right side of the screen, each as a vertical bar display, and the level gauge and color change based on the change in physical quantities such as voltage, current, and temperature obtained by the sensor. When the driving power source is switched from the battery to the commercial power source, "Image 1 showing the changed state" is displayed. Furthermore, when the heater installed in the construction machine is turned on, the display changes to "Image 2 showing the changed state", and an icon showing the heater ON state is displayed in the right area of ​​the hour meter display. Also, when the battery temperature or coolant temperature rises, the bar display changes from the usual green to yellow (caution color) or red (warning color). When the amount of coolant decreases, the display changes to "Image 3 showing the changed state", and an icon showing the low coolant amount state (colored red) is displayed to the right of the icon showing the heater ON state. Furthermore, when an abnormal state occurs and the construction machine stops, "Image 4 showing the changed state" and "Image 5 showing the changed state" are repeated, and an icon showing the abnormal stop state is displayed to the left of the icon showing the heater ON state in the center, and the frame lines surrounding the hour meter, the icon showing the abnormal stop state, the icon showing the heater ON state, and the icon showing the low coolant amount state are flashing.
