Information terminal with authentication function

Abstract

This item is installed in airports to allow users to go through immigration and customs procedures, and enables identity verification by matching the facial image on the passport with the facial image captured by the camera, contactless fingerprint authentication using the camera, reading QR codes for information required for immigration and customs procedures, and inputting customs declaration forms using a touch panel. Each of the left and right contactless fingerprint capture units has a camera at the top inside. When performing fingerprint authentication, a user places both hands, palms facing up, into the left and right contactless fingerprint capture units, allowing the fingerprint to be photographed and authenticated without the palms directly touching the camera.
