Abstract
This article is a sheet shutter reinforcing shaft for reinforcing the sheet body of a sheet shutter. As shown in the reference diagram of the usage state of using this article for the sheet shutter, a plurality of this article are horizontally installed at intervals in the vertical direction on the sheet body of the sheet shutter, thereby reinforcing the sheet body from external forces such as wind. When using this article, as shown in the reference diagram of the horizontal cross-section of the right end attached to the guide rail and the reference diagram of the usage state of using this article for the sheet shutter, the left roller and the right roller of this article are inserted into their respective guide rails to guide the up and down movement of the sheet body. As shown in the enlarged partial view of line II-II with the internal structure omitted, the front view of the main body, the left side view of the main body, the rear view of the main body, the plan view of the main body, the enlarged partial view of line III-III, the enlarged partial view of line IV-IV, and the enlarged partial view of line V-V, a C-ring spring is externally fitted to the end of the main body. As shown in the enlarged partial view of line II-II with the internal structure omitted, the end of the main body is inserted into the through holes of the left and right rollers and is connected by a C-ring spring. As shown in the reference diagram for explaining the state of the C-ring spring when the right roller detaches, when the left and right rollers and the main body are connected, the C-ring spring in the natural state without external force is hooked on the left and right rollers respectively, restricting the relative movement in the axial direction of the main body and the left and right rollers and maintaining the state where the end of the main body is inserted into the through holes of the left and right rollers. When a predetermined or more external force in the direction of pulling out from the left and right rollers is applied to the main body, the C-ring spring is pressed against the chamfered portion provided at the open edge of the through hole of the roller and its diameter is reduced, and the end of the main body comes out of the through hole of the roller. When the main body detaches from the left and right rollers and the end of the main body comes out of the through holes of the left and right rollers, the C-ring spring expands in diameter due to elastic stress and returns to its original natural state. In this way, with the action of the C-ring spring, the main body, the left roller, and the right roller are each detachably formed. When a load exceeding a predetermined value is applied to the seat body of the seat shutter by strong wind or the like, the article bends, and a load is applied in the direction in which the end of the main body slips out from the left and right rollers provided in the guide rail. As described in the right-end horizontal cross-sectional reference diagram of the guide rail, the right-end horizontal cross-sectional reference diagram of the state when the roller and the main body are separating, and the right-end horizontal cross-sectional reference diagram of the state when the roller and the main body are separated, the left and right rollers are left in the guide rail by the stopper formed at the open end of the guide rail, and the main body is detached from the guide rail, thereby diverting the strong load applied to the seat body and preventing damage to the guide rail and the article. The pulling load required when the end of the main body detaches from the left and right rollers can be adjusted by changing the hardness in the diameter-reducing direction of the C-ring spring. As described in the C-ring spring replacement state explanatory diagram, remove the screw from the end of the main body from which the left and right rollers have been removed, and remove the collar and the C-ring spring fitted on the screw. If the C-ring spring is removed from the tip side of the screw, it can be easily removed without elastic deformation. By attaching C-ring springs with different wire diameters, the pulling load in the extraction direction required when the end of the main body detaches from the left and right rollers can be changed, and the wind pressure resistance characteristics of the seat shutter can be easily changed. Therefore, the seat shutter equipped with this article does not need to incorporate a complex mechanism for diverting strong wind to the guide rail side, the guide rail can be formed with a simple configuration, and it can also respond to changes in wind pressure resistance characteristics with simple operations at the installation site. It can form an extremely excellent innovative seat shutter in factoryless, logistics, manufacturing, transportation, installation processes, on-site handling, etc.
