Abstract

The article box pallet related to the design of this application has the following features: 1. A box with a surrounding frame can be installed on the JIS standard and commercially available flat pallet. 2. It can be stacked in multiple layers, eliminating dead space through multi-layer stacking. 3. The capacity of the box pallet can be changed by varying the mounting positions of the left and right crossbars connecting the front-end wall frame and the rear-end wall frame. 4. By removing one-sided crossbars, it becomes possible to load and unload items from the side. 5. Compared with a general nesting rack, since it is designed to be placed on a flat pallet, its external dimensions are small. 6. Since it can be custom-made, it can also be adapted to various pallets / special-order pallets. 7. It is assembled with bolts and nuts, so each component can be made small and grouped together. When not in use, it can be disassembled and stored, saving space.
