Syringe Holder

Abstract

This article includes a tubular body and a push rod that is movably accommodated in the body and whose rear end protrudes from the rear end of the body. A semi-divided receiving portion is formed at the front end of the body. In the receiving portion, a slit is formed in the middle portion, and engaging portions are formed on both sides of the tip portion. As shown in the reference figure 1 showing the usage state, a syringe filled with a chemical solution is attached to the receiving portion of the body. Here, as shown in the reference figure 2 showing the usage state, the plunger of the syringe is inserted into the receiving portion of the body so that the rear end of the plunger faces the tip of the push rod. After inserting the flange portion into the slit of the receiving portion, the outer cylinder is pushed into the engaging portion and fixed. As shown in the reference figure 3 showing the usage state, when injecting an animal in the cage, hold the body of this article by hand on one side, insert the front end into the cage, pierce the needle tube of the syringe into the animal, and push the push rod with the other hand to inject the chemical solution into the animal.
