Eyeglass case

Abstract

This article is a glasses case for storing and protecting glasses. Both ends are in the shape of a rectangular prism, and the stepped parts arranged inside the rectangular prisms are each in the shape of a cylinder. One rectangular prism part is divided into a lid and a body, and the lid can be opened and closed by a hinge. The inside of the stepped part is hollow, and the glasses can be stored in the hollow part by opening the lid. The stepped part can move so as to nest and store a cylindrical part that is one size smaller inside, thereby enabling the overall length of the glasses case to be telescopically extended and retracted in stages. In the most retracted state, only the rectangular prism parts at both ends are adjacent to each other, presenting a cubic shape. In the fully extended or fully retracted state, by rotating the rectangular prism part and the stepped part counterclockwise, it is locked by a locking mechanism formed inside the stepped part and cannot be extended or retracted. On the other hand, by rotating the rectangular prism part and the stepped part clockwise, the locking mechanism provided inside the stepped part is disengaged, and it becomes in an extendable and retractable state.
