Hair tie rubber

Abstract

The article of the design is a hair clip consisting of a heart-shaped macaron charm and an elastic cord integrated with the charm. The heart-shaped macaron charm is composed of a pair of heart-shaped caps (corresponding to the top and bottom dough (skin) of the macaron) and a cream portion (corresponding to the ganache or cream sandwiched between the caps) located between the pair of caps. The caps are constructed by attaching fabric to a heart-shaped core. Various fabrics can be used, including tweed (see reference front view of the hair clip), denim (see reference diagrams of hair clip variations), and fur (see reference diagrams of hair clip variations). The cap to which the fabric is attached can also be decorated with multiple pearl elements (including pearl beads) reminiscent of achenes (the granular parts of strawberries), and a small ribbon at the top reminiscent of sepals (the so-called "stem") (see reference diagrams of hair clip variations). The cream portion can also be made of heart-shaped felt or other materials.
