Abstract

The product related to the design of the present application is an exercise device used for training ipsilateral exercise. One inserts each foot into the foot belt of this product, tightly covers the feet with the hook-and-loop fastener, and performs a full-body exercise while grasping the grips with the hands. This exercise allows for ipsilateral exercise to be trained by moving the right hand and right foot, and the left hand and left foot, in coordination. The connection between the foot belt and the pole is rotatable. The foot is inserted into the foot belt and the fastener is fastened using a fastener structure that can be attached and detached with one hand. The grip consists of a fixed part at the tip of the pole and a movable grip. This allows for efficient training by grasping the grip in the position that is most comfortable for each individual's body shape.
