Abstract

This article is a decorative mounting tool for attaching decorative plates used to decorate trophies and other items to trophies or their bases. The tool includes a generally conical decorative plate clamping portion that detachably holds the decorative plate in a clamping manner, and a mounting engagement portion at the bottom of the decorative plate clamping portion that mounts the decorative plate clamping portion to a desired mounting position on the trophy or base. To use the tool, for example, the name of the tournament, the sport, the ranking of the winners, etc. can be engraved on the decorative plate in advance, and then the decorative plate clamping portion holding the decorative plate can be attached to the trophy base, as shown in the reference front view and reference oblique view of the decorative plate in use, to create a trophy inscribed with the name of the tournament, the sport, the ranking of the winners, etc. Furthermore, the material, shape, and decorative pattern of the decorative plate can be freely changed, allowing for greater flexibility in trophy production by using this tool.
