Air purifier filters

Abstract

This item is a filter for air purifiers that removes dust and chemicals. It is equipped with multiple light-emitting diodes (LEDs) that emit ultraviolet light onto pellet-shaped catalysts sandwiched between two mesh-like stainless steel plates. Annular separators are placed at regular intervals between the plates to adjust the distance between the catalyst pellets. The reference diagram showing how it is used shows six of these items installed in a purification unit located at the top of a clean booth set up in a corner of a clean room. The multiple arrows pointing from the bottom of the clean booth to the fan filter unit (FFU) above the purification unit indicate the air flow.
