Abstract

The device includes a base that is placed on a flat surface, a movable arm base that extends tapered above the base and is rotatable around an axis perpendicular to the base, a movable arm that is swingably connected to the movable arm base, a light-emitting unit that is provided at the tip of the movable arm and has a light source, and a smartphone holder that is installed on the upper surface of the base and has one end formed in a C-shape that engages with the outer periphery of the lower end of the movable arm base and the other end formed with a convex portion that protrudes upward from the flat portion. The device is used by placing a first end of a smartphone terminal on the convex portion of the smartphone holder and contacting a second end of the smartphone terminal opposite the first end with the outer periphery of the movable arm base. When necessary, the device is used by rotating the smartphone holder laterally around the movable arm base as a rotation axis to change the orientation of the smartphone terminal. The back of the tapered movable arm base is equipped with a USB Type A port and a USB Type C port, allowing a smartphone placed in the smartphone holder to be connected to the port via cable and used while charging.
