Weight plates for weight training

Abstract

This product is a weight plate used in weight training. For example, as shown in the upper diagram of "Reference Figure 1 Showing the State of Use," it is attached to both ends of a bar and used as a barbell. The annular portion of this product in the front view is formed from multiple curved surfaces. Therefore, as shown in the lower diagram of "Reference Figure 2 Showing the State of Use," even when the product is lying on the floor, a gap is created between the product and the floor, making it easy to insert your fingers into the gap and lift. Additionally, as shown in the upper diagram of "Reference Figure 2 Showing the State of Use," it can also be lifted using the central hole in the front view and the three surrounding holes. These three holes allow for balance and an easy grip even when held in one hand. Because it allows for various gripping methods, it can also be used as a substitute for a dumbbell or kettlebell, as shown in "Reference Figure 3 Showing the State of Use." The lower diagram of "Reference Figure 1 Showing the State of Use" is an enlarged view of a barbell. As can be seen from this, even when using multiple products, they can be attached to the barbell bar without gaps by staggering them circumferentially.
