Abstract

This product is an image used in a toileting record application used in nursing homes and other facilities. The image shown in the "Image" section is the record display screen displayed on a device with the toileting record application installed. As shown in the "Reference Image Showing the Names of Each Component," the vertical axis displays stool shape and the horizontal axis displays the date. The vertical relationship of stool shapes is determined by the order of stool hardness. The color of the bubbles changes to help visualize each stool shape. "Image 1 After Change" is an image displayed after a certain period of continuous toileting record keeping. The arrangement and size of the bubbles indicate bowel movements at a glance. Specifically, the vertical position of the bubbles corresponds to stool shape, the horizontal position of the bubbles corresponds to the date, and the size of the bubbles corresponds to stool volume. "Image 2 After Change" is an image based on approximately one month of toileting records, after a further period of time has passed. In these images, if multiple bowel movements occur on the same day, the numbers within the bubbles indicate which occurred first and which occurred later. Also, if multiple bubbles are placed close together, they will overlap, but the overlapping areas will be displayed in different shades of the same color. "Image 3 after change" is an image displaying the excretion record for a different month than images 1 and 2 after change, and there is no overlap of dates or bubbles.
