Abstract

This building relates to a tenant store or street-front store within a commercial facility that displays or sells items such as eyeglasses. As shown in the "front perspective view," the interior wall of this building appears as a two-tone light-dark tone, located at the same height as the wall with an open ceiling at the top of the back front. By aligning the boundary between the light and dark tones of the interior wall with the wall, and making the lower part the same dark tone as the wall, the contrast with the light-toned part above creates a well-balanced and calm interior space reminiscent of a low-ceilinged Japanese house.
