Abstract

This image displays various information related to metal molding using a molding machine (e.g., a die-casting machine). The image also displays a "photographed image display" that uses color to indicate the current surface temperature of each mold part, measured separately by a thermographic camera, along with each "setting point" (e.g., P). To the right of the photographed image is a "point setting" section that displays the surface temperature of each mold part along with the position coordinates for each "setting point." To the right of the "photographed image display" is a "color bar" that represents temperature by color, allowing the user to efficiently check the surface temperature of the mold in the photographed image. Furthermore, by operating the "fine-tuning key" below the "photographed image display," the user can fine-tune the position of the "setting point" as desired. The names of each part and examples of their usage are shown in the "reference diagram showing usage conditions."
