Abstract
The article is a metal fitting for fastening an object to be fixed, such as an angle bar that supports a support object, such as a cable rack or an earthquake-resistant frame, to a structure such as an H-beam, and comprises a clamping member formed in a substantially triangular shape in plan view and a substantially L-shaped shape in side view, a hexagon socket head bolt with a pointed tip that is threaded into a screw hole provided in the clamping member and attached so as to protrude toward the structure, an adjustment bolt with a recessed tip that is threaded into a screw hole provided in the clamping member and can advance and retreat relative to the structure, a locking nut that is threaded onto the adjustment bolt between the head of the adjustment bolt and the clamping member, a complete screw that passes through an insertion hole provided in the clamping member, and a break groove on the outer periphery that threads into one side of the complete screw and breaks when a predetermined tightening torque value is applied to a tightening operation section, and the break groove and a torque management nut characterized in that, when the clamping member breaks, the tightening operation portion is removed from the breaking groove, leaving the other side of the tightening operation portion behind; a clamping nut that is screwed onto the other side of the complete screw by a protrusion provided on the upper surface of the clamping member in a state where it does not rotate relative to the complete screw; and a washer that is attached to the complete screw and presses the object to be fixed from below together with the torque management nut, wherein the protruding portion of the hexagon socket head bolt is abutted against the upper surface of the flange of the structure, the complete screw is inserted into an insertion hole provided in the object to be fixed, and the structure and the object to be fixed are clamped and fixed together by tightening the torque management nut with the clamping member and the washer in this state. As shown in Reference Figures 1 to 3, which show the state of use, the length of protrusion of the adjustment bolt from the underside of the clamping bracket is adjusted according to the flange thickness of the H-shaped steel structure, and the height of the clamping bracket relative to the angle bar, which is the object to be fixed, thereby making it possible to maintain a state in which all the screws are approximately perpendicular to the joint surface between the H-shaped steel and the angle bar, and the product is attached to the angle bar by inserting all the screws into the insertion holes of the angle bar.The product is then placed so that the flange of the H-shaped steel is clamped between the protruding portion of the hexagon socket bolt of the clamping bracket and the angle bar, and the tightening operating portion is tightened until the breaking groove of the torque management nut breaks, thereby tightening it to the appropriate tightening torque value and clamping and joining it with the tip of the hexagon socket bolt embedded in the flange of the H-shaped steel and the adjustment bolt embedded in the angle bar.
