Abstract

This image is used to display setups for machining. Accurate machining requires that the workpiece, table, and jigs that secure the workpiece to the table are all adjusted to the correct positions before machining can be performed. This image displays this setup on various electronic media. The image diagram not only displays the various information necessary for the setup on a single screen, but also displays the setup status in three dimensions, allowing the user to move the image to the desired angle as needed. An example of how it is used is shown in the "Reference diagram showing how it is used." This image allows the user to quickly check the information they need, reducing the time required for setup and improving productivity.
