Abstract

The article of the present design is a mat-like exercise equipment that can be used during training such as bench presses. It reduces strain on the body, especially the shoulders, and helps maintain a stable form and perform high-intensity training. The shape encourages conscious movement, improving stability and ensuring safety. Reference Figure 1 shows the shape, etc., and as can be seen from the perspective view, the part indicated by 1 has a gentle curve.
