Abstract

This product is installed in a device equipped with a cutter for cutting rod-shaped foods (such as nori rolls), and the food to be cut is placed on the flat side to cut the food to a uniform thickness. When cutting one piece of food into eight pieces, the cutter blade enters through the gap shown in "Reference Figure 1." When cutting one piece of food into six pieces, the cutter blade enters through the gap shown in "Reference Figure 2." The "Reference Figure Showing an Example of How to Use" shows this product installed in a food cutting device with the food to be cut placed on it.
