Abstract

This hair dryer has a horizontally oriented cylindrical body and a cylindrical handle extending downward from the center of the underside of the body. It draws in air through an inlet on the right side of the body and blows out air from an outlet on the left side of the body. A cavity is provided at the joint between the body and the handle, which reduces weight and gives it a stylish appearance. A power / airflow control switch and a temperature control switch are located on the front of the handle. The power / airflow control switch is a sliding switch that slides up and down, with the bottom position providing power off, the middle position providing weak airflow, and the top position providing strong airflow. The temperature control switch is a push-button switch, and each time the temperature control switch is pressed, the temperature of the air blown out of the outlet changes in the following order: cool, low, medium, and high. A display unit indicating the power on / off status and the temperature of the air blown out of the outlet is located around the temperature control switch. The display unit shown in Reference Figure 8 indicates that the power is off, and the display unit shown in Reference Figure 9 indicates that the air is cold. The display unit shown in Reference Figure 10 indicates that the temperature is low, the display unit shown in Reference Figure 11 indicates that the temperature is medium, and the display unit shown in Reference Figure 12 indicates that the temperature is high.
