Abstract
This article is a grounding electrode pile that is driven into the ground and buried underground as a grounding electrode. As shown in the "EE Partial Enlarged Reference View," "FF Partial Enlarged Reference View," and "GG Partial Enlarged Reference View," this article comprises a pile body, a tip, a terminal plate, a head, and an electrical conductor. The tip is fixed to one end face of the pile body. The terminal plate has a main plate and a protruding plate. The main plate is formed in an annular shape. The protruding plate is formed to protrude from the outer periphery of the main plate. The protruding plate has a crimping groove and a conductor insertion hole. The terminal plate is fixed to the pile body by abutting the main plate against the other end face of the pile body. The head has a large-diameter cylindrical portion and a small-diameter cylindrical portion. The head penetrates the small-diameter cylindrical portion into the main plate and is positioned on the main plate, protruding into the pile body. The head is fixed to the main plate by abutting one end face of the large-diameter cylindrical portion against the main plate. The electrical conductor is bare copper stranded wire. The electrical conductor is inserted into the conductor insertion hole in the protruding plate, with one end of the conductor protruding from the conductor insertion hole toward the head and positioned on the protruding plate. The electrical conductor is fixed to the protruding plate by crimping a portion of the protruding plate through the crimping groove. This item is connected to an earth wire as shown in "Reference Diagram (1) Showing the State of Use." The earth wire is a vinyl-insulated wire with a terminal plate on one end of the earth conductor. The item and the earth wire are connected by inserting the other end of the electrical conductor and the other end of the earth conductor into the crimping ring and crimping the ring. As shown in "Reference Diagram (2) Showing the State of Use" and "Enlarged View of Part H," this item is driven pointed-first into a hole dug in the ground, and the head, terminal plate, electrical conductor, other end of the earth conductor, and crimping ring are positioned inside the hole. As shown in "Reference diagram (2) showing the state of use" and "Enlarged view of part H," this product involves pulling one end of the earth wire and the terminal plate out of the hole and then backfilling the hole, thereby burying the tip, pile body, terminal plate body, head, electrical conductor, the other end of the earth conductor and crimping ring in the ground. This product is used as a ground electrode by connecting one end (terminal plate) of the earth wire (earth conductor) pulled out of the hole to various electrical systems, including electrical equipment.
