Abstract

This product is an outer lid for a cooking container that enables rice cooking using a reheating cart in the provision of hospital and nursing care meals. As shown in the reference diagram illustrating the usage, rice and water are placed in the container, the inner lid and this outer lid are placed on top, and the rice is cooked by heating it in a reheating cart. This product can also be used in general households when cooking rice using a microwave oven, and can also be used for reheating or cooking other foods using a microwave oven.
