Abstract

1. The name of the product to which the design applies is "cape." 2. The intended use of the product to which the design applies is "protection of photographers and their equipment." 3. The essential features of the design are the shape and pattern of the cape. 4. The dashed lines in the figures indicate elements that are not part of the design for which registration is sought. The dotted camera is shown for illustrative purposes only and is not for which protection is sought; the cape is seen in various forms during normal use. 5. Furthermore, the transparent window shown in the center of the cape (perspective views 1.2, 1.3, 1.10 and front views 1.11, 1.12, 1.13 and left side view 1.14) is the only transparent part of the product. In fact, in these figures, the entire camera is shown by a dotted line, but it is not visible when not positioned behind the transparent window. 6.
