Abstract

As shown in the reference cross-sectional diagrams 1 and 2 illustrating the state of use, this product is used to inject grout material into unfilled areas of concrete structures such as bridges. The grout hose is connected to the outlet drilled to connect to the unfilled area. Furthermore, as shown in the reference cross-sectional diagrams illustrating the names of each part, this product has an inner cylinder portion in which a flow path for the grout material is formed, an outer cylinder portion arranged on the outer circumference of the inner cylinder portion, a packer made of an elastic body arranged between a stopper provided at one end of the inner cylinder portion in the direction of the central axis and the outer cylinder portion, a rotating operation portion that is screwed into a threaded portion provided at the other end of the inner cylinder portion in the direction of the central axis and rotated when attached to the outlet, and a joint portion attached to the other end of the inner cylinder portion in the direction of the central axis. Furthermore, the joint section of this product has a bifurcated structure consisting of a hose connection section to which a grout hose is connected, and a cap attachment section through which a cap is attached to hold an air vent tube, which is used to vent air when injecting grout material into unfilled areas.
