Position adjuster for roughness measuring machine

Abstract

This item is an attitude adjuster for aligning the surface of the object being measured with the direction of movement of the roughness measuring machine. As shown in the reference diagram illustrating the state of use, this attitude adjuster comprises a main frame that holds the roughness measuring machine, three attitude adjustment legs provided on the underside of the main frame, and a height adjustment knob for moving the roughness measuring machine up and down relative to the main frame. When taking a measurement, the attitude of the main frame (roughness measuring machine) is adjusted using the three attitude adjustment legs, and the roughness measuring machine is adjusted to the optimal height relative to the main frame (object being measured) using the height adjustment knob before taking the measurement.
