Abstract

The article relating to the present design is an exercise tool that can be used during exercise such as strength training. Its portable design allows for confirmation of a gripping sensation similar to that of a barbell shaft and assistance in maintaining proper form, regardless of location. By employing a configuration that uses flexible materials (e.g., rope-like materials) in parts other than the gripping portion, this article contributes to weight reduction and improved storage. Reference Figure 1 shows an example of how to use the article relating to the present design. Reference Figure 2 shows a magnified view of the grip portion. The grip portion may have a thickness sufficient to provide the desired gripping sensation. Reference Figure 3 shows an example of how to store the article. For example, the article can be rolled up and stored in a bag or similar container, making storage easier.
