Abstract

This product is an electric turnbuckle, as illustrated in the reference photograph, which adds an electric drill drive function to a conventional hand-cranked turnbuckle. A hand-cranked turnbuckle consists of a central body and first and second hook members that are screwed into both ends with reverse threads, and has the function of expanding and contracting the first and second hooks at both ends by rotating the central body around an axis. This design is a modified design application based on Figure 1 of divisional application no. 2 (Patent Application 2024-44294: Reference Number 5293PCT-JP3) of Japanese Patent Application No. 2024-510324 (Reference Number 5293PCT-JP), which was entered into Japan based on PCT / JP2022 / 034471 (Reference Number 5293PCT). In order to give a conventional hand-operated turnbuckle (see reference photo) an electric drill drive function, the upper second hook member is separated into a threaded portion and a hook portion of the helical shaft, and a nut is fixed to one end of the helical shaft to form a second long bolt. The hook portion is provided on the side of a cylindrical body that is fitted onto the shaft portion of the second long bolt, forming a slide guide cylinder with the hook portion. The head of the second long bolt is rotated by an electric drill, and the slide guide cylinder with the second hook is advanced so that the tip of the second long bolt is screwed into the body, thereby providing an electric function. Therefore, this product is characterized by having both a conventional hand-operated function and an added electric drive function.
