Abstract

The dashed lines in the figures indicate parts of the design that do not constitute the claimed portion. The distinctive feature of the design lies in the combination of shape and pattern. In each figure, the phenomenon where thin, continuous straight lines appear as a moiré pattern is not part of the design for which registration is sought. Figure 1.1 is a front, right side, and top perspective view of a digital audio player showing a new design. Figure 1.2 is a rear, left side, and bottom perspective view thereof.
