Abstract

To expand an imageable region of an object per optical sensor in an optical inspection apparatus.SOLUTION: An inspection apparatus for inspecting a state of an object includes: a rotary force imparting part configured to impart a rotary force to the object; an area sensor configured to image the object transferred while rotating with the rotary force at a frame rate at which the same object can be imaged for more than once; and an identifying part configured to identify the state of the object on the basis of a plurality of images obtained by imaging the area sensor more than once with respect to the same object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
