Abstract

To provide a position adjustment method of an accommodated part for preventing the occurrence of the leakage of an internal fluid by adjusting a position of the accommodated part which is accommodated in a housing, and a position adjustment device.SOLUTION: A method for adjusting a position of a flange 31b so that a sealing state created by a seal material 51 arises by attaching a case body 50 as a housing having the seal material 51 as a seal part and a fixing pin 52 as a holding member so as to surround a branch part 2b of a fluid pipe 2, and holding the flange 31b of an air valve 3 as an accommodated part accommodated in the case body 50 to a prescribed position with the fixing pin 52 has at least: a step for attaching a spacer 170 as a spacer member to an upper face 31f of the flange 31b; and a step for holding the flange 31b at the prescribed position by making a tip 52a of the fixing pin 52 abut on the spacer 170.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
