Gene recombinant arguloida insect
The new expression system in silkworms, involving intron sequence genome editing for target gene integration, addresses inefficiencies in the GAL4/UAS system by achieving stable and high-level protein production, exemplified by enhanced fluorescent cocoons and silk threads.

Abstract
To provide a new expression system for generating target protein stably in large volume in Arguloida insects such as silkworms; and to provide a new method for generating functional silk containing silk protein fused with the target protein.SOLUTION: A gene recombinant Arguloida insect includes a target genetic sequence coding target protein or its fragment in an exon alignment that codes signal peptide of endogenous gene or its functional fragment. The target protein or its fragment is fused with a C terminal side of the signal peptide or its functional fragment. Also, the gene recombinant Arguloida insect includes a target genetic sequence coding target protein or its fragment in an exon alignment that codes a signal peptide of the endogenous gene or its functional fragment. The target protein or the fragment is fused between the signal peptide or the functional fragment and mature-type protein or its C terminal fragment where the signal peptide is cut from precursor protein coded by the endogenous gene.SELECTED DRAWING: None
