DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0009] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Figures 1 to 6 show one embodiment of the opening device of the present invention. As shown in Figures 1, 2, 5, and 6, this opening device is installed in an opening 13 facing the outdoors in a building frame 12, and includes a sash 1 and sleeve units 2a and 2b provided adjacent to both the left and right sides of the sash 1.
[0010] As shown in FIGS. 1, 2, 5 and 6, the sash 1 includes an outer window 3 and an inner window 4, and has an intermediate layer 5 between the outer window 3 and the inner window 4. As shown in Figures 2, 5 and 6, the exterior window 3 is composed of an upper frame 14, a lower frame 15 and left and right vertical frames 16, 16, and is equipped with a frame 17 fixed to the opening 13, and two outer screens 18, 18 and two inner screens 19, 19 provided within the frame 17, and the outer screens 18, 18 and the inner screens 19, 19 can slide freely along the upper and lower frames 14, 15. As shown in Figures 1, 5 and 6, the inner window 4 has an upper frame 23, a lower frame 24 and left and right vertical frames 25, 25 attached to the inner periphery of an opening 22 surrounded by a ceiling 20 and a frame 21 on the indoor side of the frame 17 of the outer window 3, and two outer screens 26, 26 and two inner screens 27, 27 are slidably supported between the upper and lower frames 23, 24. The inner window 4 has high thermal insulation performance, with the frames 23, 24, 25 and the frames of the screens 26, 26, 27, 27 being made of resin. As shown in Figure 6, a vent 28 is provided at the top of the inner window 4, communicating from the intermediate layer 5 to the indoor space.
[0011] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the sleeve unit 2a, located on the right side as viewed from the inside of the room, is formed into a flat, vertically long box shape by an upper frame 29, a lower frame 30, left and right vertical frames 31, 31, an exterior panel 32, and an interior panel 33, all made of aluminum shaped material. As shown in Figure 2, the vertical dimensions of the sleeve unit 2a are the same as those of the sash 1 (exterior window 3). As shown in Fig. 4, the vertical frame 31 on the sash 1 side of the sleeve unit 2a is connected to the vertical frame 16 of the sash 1 with anchors 34, and the gap between the vertical frame 31 of the sleeve unit 2a and the vertical frame 16 of the sash 1 is sealed from the outside of the room with a sealant 35. The vertical frame 31 on the opposite side of the sleeve unit 2a to the sash 1 is connected to the frame 12 with anchors 36, and the gap between the frame 12 and the frame 12 is sealed with a sealant 35. The upper frame 29 and lower frame 30 of the sleeve unit 2a are also connected to the frame 12 with anchors 36, and the gap between the frame 12 and the frame 12 is sealed with a sealant 35, as shown in Fig. 3. The exterior panel 32 of the sleeve unit 2a is detachable by means of screws 37 (see FIG. 4). 3 and 4, a fireproof board 38 is attached to the indoor side of the sleeve unit 2a so as to cover the entire indoor side of the sleeve unit 2a. The sleeve unit 2a is hidden by an inner wall material 39 installed on the indoor side so that it cannot be seen from the indoor side. An inspection hatch 41 is provided in the inner wall material 39 at a position facing the indoor side of a box 40 described later.
[0012] As shown in Fig. 3, the sleeve unit 2a has an outside air intake 8 at its lower end that opens toward the outside of the room. In addition, a ventilation opening 42 that opens toward the inside of the room is provided at the top of the sleeve unit 2a. This forms a ventilation path 6 in the sleeve unit 2a from the outside air intake 8 at the bottom of the outdoor area to the ventilation opening 42 at the top of the indoor area. 3 and 4, a box 40 is attached to the upper part of the sleeve unit 2a on the indoor side, and the box 40 communicates with a space 44 inside the sleeve unit 2a by a pipe 43 that penetrates the indoor panel 33 of the sleeve unit 2a, and a pipe 45 is attached horizontally to the side of the box 40 on the sash 1 side, and the tip of the pipe 45 penetrates the frame 21 to form a communication port 7 that communicates with the upper part of the middle layer 5. As a result, the sleeve unit 2a forms an air supply path 9 that leads from an outside air intake 8 at the bottom on the outdoor side to the upper part of the middle layer 5.
[0013] 3 and 4, a shutter (opening / closing means) 11 that opens and closes in conjunction with the ON / OFF of a range hood installed in the kitchen is provided at the ventilation opening 42, which is the outlet of the ventilation path 6. The shutter 11 opens when the range hood is ON and closes when the range hood is OFF.
[0014] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, air conditioner piping (refrigerant pipe, drain pipe) 10 is built into space 44 inside sleeve unit 2a. This prevents air conditioner piping 10 from being exposed to the outside. As shown in Figure 3, air conditioner piping 10 is inserted from inside the wall through air conditioner sleeve 46 attached to the upper end of sleeve unit 2a into space 44 inside sleeve unit 2a, and is taken out through outside air intake 8 provided at the bottom of the outdoor exterior.
[0015] As shown in Fig. 1, the left side sleeve unit 2b when viewed from the indoor side does not have a ventilation opening 42 and a shutter 11 that communicate with the indoor side. In other respects, it has the same structure as the right side sleeve unit 2a described above.
[0016] The sleeve units 2a and 2b function as air intakes for Type 3 ventilation. The interior of the room is adjusted to negative pressure by constantly operating ventilation fans installed in the bathroom, toilet, etc. (range hoods are turned off), and this causes outside air to flow into the upper part of the middle layer 5 of the sash 1 through the air intake path 9 configured in the sleeve units 2a and 2b (see Figures 1 and 4). As shown in FIG. 6, in winter, cold outside air that flows into the intermediate layer 5 from the communication opening 7 rides on a downward flow (cold draft) along the inner surface of the outer window 3 and flows downward along the inner surface of the outer window 3 (arrow 47 in the figure indicates the flow of outside air). The outside air then flows to the lower end of the intermediate layer 5, turns back, and is heated by indoor heat transmitted from the glass of the inner window 4, so that it rises along the outer surface of the inner window 4, during which time it collects heat that escapes from the inner window 4 to the outside. When the sash 1 is exposed to sunlight, the outside air absorbs solar heat while flowing in this detouring manner inside the intermediate layer 5, and the outside air is further heated. The heated outside air then flows into the room through the ventilation section 28 provided at the top of the inner window 4.
[0017] In this way, this opening device allows outside air to flow from the sleeve units 2a, 2b to the top of the intermediate layer 5, and as the outside air flows in a detour within the intermediate layer 5 along the inner surface of the outer window 3 and the outer surface of the inner window 4, it absorbs indoor heat that escapes to the outside through the inner window 4, warming the outside air and allowing it to be brought into the room at a temperature close to room temperature, thereby demonstrating extremely excellent insulation performance.
[0018] Although the case in winter has been described, in summer too, outside air flows in a similar detour within the intermediate layer 5, and as the outside air flows from bottom to top along the outer surface of the inner window 4, it absorbs the cold heat from inside the room that escapes through the inner window 4 to the outside, cooling the outside air and allowing it to be brought closer to room temperature and brought into the room.
[0019] When the range hood is turned on, the shutter 11 attached to the ventilation opening 42 on the indoor side of the right side unit 2a when viewed from inside the room opens. Then, outside air flows into the room through the ventilation path 6 that leads from the outside air intake 8 of the side unit 2a to the ventilation opening 42. This makes it possible to prevent the front door, etc. from becoming difficult to open even when the range hood is operating.
[0020] As described above, this opening device includes a sash 1 and a sleeve unit (sleeve unit on the right side as viewed from the inside of the room) 2a provided adjacent to the side of the sash 1, the sash 1 includes an outer window 3 and an inner window 4, and an intermediate layer 5 is provided between the outer window 3 and the inner window 4, the sleeve unit 2a has a ventilation path 6 provided from the lower part on the outside to the upper part on the inside of the room, and a communication port 7 communicating with the intermediate layer 5 at the upper part of the ventilation path 6, and the outside air taken in from the communication port 7 flows in one direction along the inner surface of the outer window 3, turns around at the lower end of the intermediate layer 5, flows in the other direction along the outer surface of the inner window 4, and then flows into the room, so that the outside air can be brought close to room temperature and taken in, thereby improving the thermal insulation performance. In addition, by using the ventilation path 6 of the sleeve unit 2a, the ventilation path 6 can be provided without drilling a hole in the outer wall of the building. This opening device comprises a sash 1 and sleeve units 2a and 2b provided adjacent to the sides of the sash 1, the sash 1 comprises an outer window 3 and an inner window 4, and an intermediate layer 5 is provided between the outer window 3 and the inner window 4, and the sleeve units 2a and 2b have an air supply path 9 leading from an outside air intake 8 provided at the lower part of the outside to a communication port 7 communicating with the upper part of the intermediate layer 5, and the outside air taken in from the communication port 7 flows in one direction along the inner surface of the outer window 3, turns around at the lower end of the intermediate layer 5, flows in the other direction along the outer surface of the inner window 4, and then flows into the room, so that the outside air can be brought close to room temperature and taken into the room, improving the thermal insulation performance. In addition, by using the air supply path 9 of the sleeve units 2a and 2b, the air supply path 9 can be provided without drilling a hole in the outer wall of the building. The sleeve units 2a, 2b have an outside air intake 8 at the bottom on the outside of the room, and a ventilation opening 42 on the inside of the room and a communication opening 7 leading to the middle layer 5 at the top, thereby preventing rainwater from entering through the ventilation path 6 and the air supply path 9.
[0021] The main sleeve unit 2a (the sleeve unit on the right side as viewed from the inside of the room) is a sleeve unit 2a provided adjacent to the side of the sash 1, and the sleeve unit 2a has the function of ventilating through a ventilation path 6 that communicates with the inside and outside of the room, and the function of incorporating an air conditioner's piping 10, so that the air conditioner's piping 10 and the ventilation path 6 can be provided without drilling holes in the exterior wall of the building, and by incorporating the air conditioner's piping 10 and the ventilation path 6 in the sleeve unit 2a, the exterior appearance of the building can be made neat. Furthermore, it has an opening / closing means (shutter) 11 that opens and closes the outlet (ventilation port) 42 of the ventilation path 6, and the opening / closing means 11 opens when the range hood is turned on and closes when the range hood is turned off, eliminating the difficulty in opening the door when the range hood is operating. The sleeve unit 2a has an outdoor panel 32 that is removable, facilitating installation and maintenance of the air conditioner piping 10.
[0022] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. The configuration, material, shape, etc. of the sleeve unit can be changed as appropriate. The position and shape of the ventilation opening provided on the indoor side of the sleeve unit and the communication opening leading to the middle layer can be changed as appropriate, for example, the ventilation opening can be provided at a higher position than the communication opening. A fan can be provided in the box of the sleeve unit, and the outside air can be sent from the communication opening to the middle layer by the force of the fan. A shutter of the ventilation opening does not necessarily have to be provided. The sleeve unit may be provided on only one side of the sash, either the left or right side. The structure of the sash does not matter. [Explanation of symbols]
