Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] To provide a skin cosmetic, more specifically, a skin cosmetic which has good compatibility when applied in layers, is free from squeaking when applied, gives a smooth and appropriate film-like feel to the skin after application, allows the enjoyment of a deep, sweet fragrance peculiar to aged rice bran, and is excellent in stability at high temperatures. [Background technology]
[0002] The skin has the important functions of preventing the loss of moisture from the body and blocking external stimuli. To maintain the skin's natural functions, it is important to maintain an appropriate amount of moisture in the skin through skin care and keep the skin smooth and healthy.
[0003] Various plant-derived ingredients are used in skin care, and many examples have been reported in which rice, which has long been an indispensable part of the Japanese diet, is used. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses an example of using rice extract or fermented liquid as a cosmetic ingredient. However, the document does not mention anything about the alcohol generated during the production of the fermented liquid, and the generated alcohol may irritate the skin. Therefore, for example, Patent Document 2 proposes a rice fermented liquid fermented to an alcohol content of less than 1%. Although the composition described in the document can be used by people who are sensitive to the irritation of alcohol, it may not blend well when applied multiple times, or may lack a smooth and appropriate coating feeling.
[0004] Rice has germ and bran layers outside the endosperm, and rice is usually polished to remove the germ and bran layers, and the endosperm part is edible. The germ and bran layers that are generated during polishing are called rice bran, and rice oil is extracted from them. Rice bran contains more than 90% of the nutrients in rice, but is not suitable for consumption, so there have been reports of its use as a cosmetic ingredient. For example, Patent Document 3 proposes a cosmetic product containing an extract or fermented product of bran, which is mainly composed of the germ and endosperm skin obtained when germinated brown rice is polished to make germinated rice. The cosmetic product described in the same document has the effect of improving the elasticity and firmness of the skin and preventing or improving symptoms of aging and unhealthy skin, such as wrinkles and sagging, but in some cases it lacks the appropriate smooth coating feeling on the skin after application, or the deep sweet aroma unique to aged rice bran. Generally, plant materials can become sedimented or lose their scent when exposed to high temperatures. When skin care products are stored in a bathroom, the temperature can rise to around 40°C, and they need to maintain their appearance and scent even under such storage conditions.
[0005] In view of the above, there has been a demand for a skin cosmetic preparation that blends well when applied in multiple layers, is not squeaky when blended, provides a smooth and appropriate film-like feel on the skin after application, allows the enjoyment of the deep, sweet scent specific to aged rice bran, and has excellent high-temperature stability; however, it is extremely difficult to achieve these requirements, and it cannot be said that a product that satisfies these requirements has been provided so far. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0006] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 7-10733 [Patent Document 2] JP 2006-151837 A [Patent Document 3] JP 2007-131578 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0007] To provide a skin cosmetic which has good compatibility when applied in layers, is free of squeaking when applied, gives a smooth and appropriate film-like feel to the skin after application, allows the enjoyment of a deep, sweet fragrance peculiar to aged rice bran, and is excellent in stability at high temperatures. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] As a result of intensive research into solving the above problems, the inventors discovered that the above problems could be solved by a skin cosmetic composition containing at least the below-described components (A) to (C) in specific ratios, and thus completed the present invention.
[0009] That is, the present invention includes the following aspects. An embodiment (1) of the present invention is a skin cosmetic preparation containing the following components (A) to (C): (A) 1 to 98% by mass of rice bran fermentation liquid (B) 0.01 to 1% by mass of phenoxyethanol and / or ethylhexylglycerin (C) 1 to 20% by mass of a dihydric alcohol having 3 to 6 carbon atoms
[0010] Aspect (2) of the present invention relates to the skin cosmetic of aspect (1), further comprising 0.1 to 10 mass % of component (D) an alkylene oxide derivative represented by the following formula (1).
[0011] Z-[O(EO)a-(PO)b-(BO)cH]x...(1) (In formula (1), Z is a residue obtained by removing all of the hydroxyl groups from a compound having 1 to 7 carbon atoms and 1 to 4 hydroxyl groups. and x represents an integer of 1 to 4. EO is an oxyethylene group. PO is an oxyalkylene group having 3 carbon atoms. BO is an oxyalkylene group having 4 carbon atoms. a is the average number of moles of the EO added, and 0≦a≦100; b is the average number of moles of the PO added, and 0≦b≦60; c is the average number of moles of the BO added, and 0≦c≦5. However, a, b, and c are not 0 at the same time. When neither a nor b is 0, the ratio (a / b) is 1 / 5 to 7 / 1. EO, PO, and BO may be added in a random or block form, or may have a mixture of random and block portions.
[0012] Aspect (3) of the present invention is the skin cosmetic composition of aspect (1) or aspect (2), further comprising 0.05 to 10 mass % of component (E) a water-soluble active ingredient having a solubility in water at 25° C. of 0.5% or more.
[0013] Aspect (4) of the present invention is a skin cosmetic composition according to any one of aspects (1) to (3), further comprising 0.0005 to 0.5 mass % of component (F) a polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture containing, as constituent monomers, 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine and an alkyl methacrylate. Effect of the Invention
[0014] The skin cosmetic of the present invention exhibits the effects of being well blended when applied in layers, being free of squeaking when applied, having a smooth and appropriate film-like feel on the skin after application, allowing one to enjoy the deep sweet fragrance peculiar to aged rice bran, and being excellent in high-temperature stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0015] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described, however, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described in this specification, and various modifications are possible without departing from the gist of the present invention. In this specification, a numerical range defined using the symbol "~" is intended to include both the upper and lower limits of the range. For example, "2~5" means 2 or more and 5 or less.
[0016] <Skin cosmetics> The skin cosmetic of the present invention contains at least the following components (A), (B) and (C). Each component will be described below. In the present invention, the term "skin" refers to the body surface of the head including the face, neck, torso, arms and legs. The content of each component described below is expressed as mass % when the total amount of the skin cosmetic is taken as 100 mass %.
[0017] [Ingredient (A): Rice bran fermented liquid] The component (A) used in the present invention is a fermented liquid obtained by fermenting rice bran obtained during rice polishing. The variety of rice from which the rice bran is obtained is not particularly limited, but rice rich in nutrients is preferable. For example, "Tsuyahime" (variety registration number 20911) (registered trademark) produced in Yamagata Prefecture can be used. It has been reported that "Tsuyahime" (registered trademark) is richer in amino acids such as glutamic acid and aspartic acid than "Koshihikari" (from "Summary of research results on the deliciousness of Tsuyahime in 2012" by Yamagata Prefectural Agricultural Research Center). The variety of rice used may be one type alone or two or more types in combination.
[0018] Rice bran is a powdery substance that is usually produced during rice polishing, and as long as it contains at least the bran layer, it may also contain the germ. There are no particular restrictions on the polishing rate, but it is preferable that the polishing rate is 50% or more. The rice polishing ratio is expressed as the weight rice polishing ratio, which is the ratio of the weight of polished rice divided by the weight of brown rice.
[0019] Although rice bran may contain rice oil, it is preferable to use defatted rice bran obtained by degreasing rice oil, because it has a smooth and moderate coating feeling. A solvent extraction method using normal hexane is generally used as a method for extracting rice oil from rice bran and obtaining defatted rice bran. However, when a solvent is used, there is a possibility that an organic solvent remains in the defatted rice bran, and safety may be an issue when using it as a cosmetic raw material. Therefore, as a method for extracting rice oil, a so-called squeezing method is preferred, in which rice bran is squeezed to extract rice oil without using an organic solvent. For example, Patent No. 6783558 describes a method for efficiently extracting oil from raw materials with low oil content such as rice bran, and it is preferable to use defatted rice bran obtained by such a squeezing method as the rice bran used in the present invention.
[0020] A method for producing the rice bran fermentation liquid of component (A) can include, for example, a mixing step of mixing rice bran with water, a fermentation step of adding bacteria to the mixture and fermenting it, and an autolysis step of causing the bacteria to autolyze.
[0021] In the mixing step, the mass ratio of rice bran to water (rice bran / water) is preferably 1 / 10 to 1 / 1,000, more preferably 1 / 100 to 1 / 500, from the viewpoint of excellent high-temperature stability and the ability to enjoy the deep, sweet aroma peculiar to aged rice bran. The mixing step may be carried out at room temperature (1 to 30°C), but is preferably carried out under heating at about 60 to 100°C in order to fully extract the rice bran components into the water. As the water, water suitable for the production of cosmetics, such as purified water such as ion-exchanged water and distilled water, is used.
[0022] The bacteria used in the fermentation process are not particularly limited, but for example, yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae can be used. Saccharomyces cerevisiae is a yeast commonly used in the production of sake, beer, and bread, and produces alcohol in the fermentation process. The fermentation liquid obtained by adding Saccharomyces cerevisiae to a mixture of rice bran and water and fermenting it can be used as a starter for fermentation. The fermentation process is preferably carried out under aerobic conditions at 20 to 40°C for about 30 minutes to 5 hours. When the fermentation process conditions are within the above range, it is possible to enjoy the deep sweet aroma unique to aged rice bran, and it is easy to obtain a skin cosmetic that is highly stable at high temperatures.
[0023] The autolysis step is not particularly limited, but is preferably carried out, for example, under aerobic conditions at 40 to 60° C. for about 5 to 24 hours with stirring. By carrying out the autolysis step within the above-mentioned condition range, it becomes possible to enjoy the deep, sweet aroma that is characteristic of aged rice bran, and it becomes easier to obtain a skin cosmetic that has excellent stability at high temperatures.
[0024] Due to the increasing demand for alcohol-free cosmetics, it is preferable that the rice bran fermentation liquid does not contain ethanol. For example, the rice bran fermentation liquid can be heated to remove the ethanol. The heating method is preferably performed in an autoclave at 90 to 150°C for about 30 minutes to 3 hours, so as not to impair the color and smell of the fermentation liquid. It is preferable that the ethanol generated in the fermentation treatment step is reduced to less than 50 ppm by this heating step. Reducing the ethanol content makes it easier to obtain a skin cosmetic that is excellent in a smooth and moderate coating feeling.
[0025] The content of component (A) is 1 to 98% by mass, preferably 30 to 80% by mass, and more preferably 40 to 70% by mass, based on the total amount of the skin cosmetic. If the content of component (A) is too low, the product may not blend well when applied multiple times, may not have a smooth, appropriate film feel, and may not have the deep, sweet aroma that is characteristic of aged rice bran. If the content of component (A) is too high, the product may not achieve the effects expected from the amount used.
[0026] [Ingredient (B): Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin] The component (B) used in the present invention is phenoxyethanol and / or ethylhexylglycerin. Phenoxyethanol is a monoether of ethylene glycol and phenol. Ethylhexylglycerin is a monoether of glycerin and 2-ethylhexanol. The skin cosmetic of the present invention may contain, as component (B), one of phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin, alone or two of them in combination.
[0027] In the present invention, the above-mentioned phenoxyethanol and ethylhexylglycerin can be prepared according to a known production method, and commercially available products for use in cosmetics, quasi-drugs, etc. can also be used.
[0028] The content of component (B) is 0.01 to 1 mass %, preferably 0.1 to 0.8 mass %, and more preferably 0.2 to 0.6 mass %, based on the total amount of the skin cosmetic. If the content of component (B) is too low, the smooth coating feel and high temperature stability may be insufficient. If the content of component (B) is too high, the smooth coating feel and the deep sweet aroma characteristic of aged rice bran may be insufficient.
[0029] [Component (C): Dihydric alcohol with 3 to 6 carbon atoms] The component (C) used in the present invention is a dihydric alcohol having 3 to 6 carbon atoms. Examples include 1,3-propanediol, propylene glycol, 1,3-butylene glycol, pentylene glycol, hexylene glycol, isoprene glycol, dipropylene glycol, etc. Among these, 1,3-propanediol, 1,3-butylene glycol, pentylene glycol, and dipropylene glycol are preferably used.
[0030] In the present invention, the dihydric alcohol having 3 to 6 carbon atoms may be prepared according to a known production method, and commercially available products for use in cosmetics, quasi-drugs, etc. may also be used. The skin cosmetic of the present invention may contain, as component (C), one kind selected from the group consisting of the above dihydric alcohols having 3 to 6 carbon atoms, either alone or in combination of two or more kinds.
[0031] The content of component (C) is 1 to 20% by mass, preferably 2 to 18% by mass, and more preferably 5 to 15% by mass, based on the total amount of the skin cosmetic. If the content of component (C) is too low, the smooth and appropriate coating feeling may be insufficient. If the content of component (C) is too high, the smoothness when blending in, the smooth and appropriate coating feeling, and the deep sweet aroma characteristic of aged rice bran may be insufficient.
[0032] [Component (D): Alkylene oxide derivative] The skin cosmetic of the present invention may further contain, in addition to the above-mentioned components (A) to (C), an alkylene oxide derivative represented by the following formula (1) as component (D).
[0033] Z-[O(EO)a-(PO)b-(BO)cH]x...(1)

[0037] The skin cosmetic of the present invention may contain, as component (D), one type selected from the group consisting of various alkylene oxide derivatives contained in formula (1), either alone or in combination of two or more types. When the skin cosmetic of the present invention contains component (D), the content of component (D) is preferably 0.1 to 10% by mass, more preferably 0.5 to 9% by mass, and even more preferably 1 to 8% by mass, based on the total amount of the skin cosmetic. When the content of component (D) is within the above range, the good compatibility when reapplied, the lack of squeaking when compatible, and the smooth and appropriate coating feel are all further improved.
[0038] When the skin cosmetic of the present invention contains component (D), the mass ratio (A) / (D) of the content of component (A) to component (D) is preferably 5 to 80, more preferably 10 to 70, and even more preferably 15 to 60. When the mass ratio (A) / (D) is within the above range, the smooth and appropriate coating feel is further improved.
[0039] [Ingredient (E): Water-soluble active ingredient] In addition to the above components (A) to (C), the skin cosmetic of the present invention may further contain, as component (E), a water-soluble active ingredient having a solubility of 0.5% or more in water at 25° C. There is no particular upper limit to the solubility, but it is preferably 200%, and more preferably 100%. When a crystalline solid dissolves up to 0.5 g in 100 g of water at 25° C., the solubility of this crystalline solid in water is defined as 0.5%.
[0040] Specific examples of water-soluble active ingredients with a solubility of 0.5% or more in water at 25°C include allantoin (solubility 0.5%), dipotassium glycyrrhizinate (solubility 1%), tranexamic acid (solubility 16%), ascorbic acid glucoside (solubility 71%), and niacinamide (solubility 100%).
[0041] As component (E), one selected from the group consisting of the above water-soluble active ingredients may be contained alone or in combination of two or more. When one is used alone, it is preferable to use allantoin or dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, and when two or more are used in combination, it is preferable to use one or two selected from allantoin and dipotassium glycyrrhizinate in combination with one or two or more selected from tranexamic acid, ascorbic acid glucoside, and niacinamide.

Specifically, such a methacrylic polymer is a polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture containing 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine and an alkyl methacrylate as constituent monomers. Examples of the alkyl group in the alkyl methacrylate include linear or branched alkyl groups having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, specifically, methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl, pentyl, and hexyl groups. Preferably, it is an n-butyl group.
[0044] The molar ratio of 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine to alkyl methacrylate in the methacrylic polymer (2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine: alkyl methacrylate) is preferably 1:0.2 to 1:3.
[0045] The monomer mixture to be polymerized may contain other polymerizable monomers other than 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine and alkyl methacrylate as constituent monomers within the range that does not impair the effects of the present invention. When the monomer mixture contains other polymerizable monomers, the ratio of the other polymerizable monomers to 100 mol % of the monomer mixture is preferably 10 mol % or less.
[0046] The weight average molecular weight of the methacrylic polymer of component (F) is preferably 10,000 to 2,000,000, and more preferably 100,000 to 1,000,000. The weight average molecular weight can be measured by gel permeation chromatography.

[0060] (4) The deep, sweet aroma unique to aged rice bran Twenty male and female panelists took 1g of the skin cosmetic product in their dry hands, applied it to their face, and judged the deep, sweet scent according to the following criteria. 2 points: If you strongly feel a deep, sweet aroma. 1 point: If you detect a deep, sweet scent. 0 points: If you do not detect a deep, sweet aroma. The total points of the 20 people were calculated and evaluated according to the following criteria, which are shown in the table. ◎ and ○ were considered to be pass, and △ and × were considered to be fail. ◎: Total score is 35 or more. ○: The total score is between 30 and 34 points. △: The total score is between 20 and 29 points. ×: The total score is 19 or less.
[0061] (5) High temperature stability (color, odor) 40 g of the skin cosmetic was filled into a 50 mL glass container, the lid was closed, and the container was left to stand in a thermostatic chamber at 40° C. for three months. After three months, the skin cosmetic was removed from the thermostatic chamber, and the color and odor of the skin cosmetic were observed and compared with the initial values (color and odor at the time of filling) and judged as follows: ◯ was a pass, and × was a fail. ○: No change in color or odor. ×: There is a change in color and / or odor.
[0062] [Table 1]
[0063] [Table 2]
[0064] [Table 3]
[0065] The skin cosmetics of Examples 1 to 25 all blended well when applied in layers, had no squeaking sensation when blended, had a smooth, moderate coating feel on the skin after application, and had a deep, sweet scent unique to aged rice bran, and were stable at high temperatures.
[0066] In contrast to this, in Comparative Examples 1 to 4, sufficient performance was not obtained. In Comparative Example 1, fermented rice liquid was used instead of component (A), and therefore the smooth and appropriate coating feeling, deep sweet aroma, and high temperature stability were insufficient. Comparative Example 2, which did not contain component (A), was insufficient in terms of blendability when reapplied, lack of squeaking when blended, moderate smooth film feel, and deep sweet fragrance. Comparative Example 3, which did not contain component (B), was insufficient in terms of the absence of squeaking when blending in, the appropriate smooth coating feel, and the high temperature stability. Comparative Example 4 did not contain component (C), and therefore did not provide a smooth and appropriate film-forming feel.
[0067] Next, formulation examples of the skin cosmetic of the present invention (Formulation Examples 1 and 2) are shown. The skin cosmetic of these formulation examples also blended well when applied in layers, did not have a squeaky feeling when blended, had a smooth and appropriate film-like feel on the skin after application, had a deep sweet scent unique to aged rice bran, and had excellent high-temperature stability. The rice bran fermented liquid in the following formulation examples is the same as component (A)-1 used in the above examples, and the amount of water-soluble polymer is the amount of solid content.
