Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The technology disclosed in this specification relates to a lid member for a vehicle storage compartment. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, for example, a deck board described in Patent Document 1 is known as a cover member for closing a storage section provided in a vehicle. The deck board in Patent Document 1 is placed on the upper surface of a battery case (storage section) provided in the lower part of the luggage compartment of the vehicle. In addition, a cushioning material is provided on the lower surface of this deck board to suppress abnormal noise caused by vibration or the like between the deck board and the battery case. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2018-43610 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] However, when such a deck board is attached to or removed from the luggage compartment, the corners of the battery case or the stored items may get caught on the cushioning material, and force may be applied to the cushioning material in a direction that causes it to peel off from the deck board. The cushioning material is particularly likely to peel off if the corners of the battery case or the stored items get caught in the boundary between the cushioning material and the deck board, or if they stick to the adhesive tape used to attach the cushioning material to the deck board (see Figure 10).
[0005] The technology disclosed in this specification was developed based on the above circumstances, and has an object to provide a lid member for a vehicle storage compartment from which the cushioning material is less likely to peel off. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The technology disclosed in this specification is a lid member for a vehicle storage section that covers a storage section provided in a vehicle, comprising a plate-shaped lid main body portion whose back surface is positioned on the storage section side, and a cushioning material attached to at least a part of the back surface of the lid main body portion that faces a main body support portion that supports the lid main body portion from the storage section side, and a protective wall is provided on the back surface, the protective wall having a height dimension smaller than the thickness dimension of the cushioning material and covering the mounting surface of the cushioning material relative to the back surface from the outer periphery of the mounting surface.
[0007] According to the above configuration, the protective wall prevents the corners of the storage section or the items stored in the storage section from getting caught or trapped between the back surface of the lid main body and the mounting surface of the cushioning material, thereby preventing the cushioning material from peeling off from the back surface of the lid main body.
[0008] A cushioning material support portion may be provided on the back surface of the mounting portion to which the cushioning material is attached, the cushioning material support portion supporting the cushioning material from the back surface side such that the protruding surface of the cushioning material opposite to the mounting surface is positioned at a position protruding beyond the protective wall. With this configuration, the thickness dimension of the cushioning material can be made thin, thereby reducing manufacturing costs.
[0009] The vehicle storage section cover member is configured to close the storage section by sliding along the opening of the storage section, and the protective wall may be configured to rise from the back surface and extend at least in a direction intersecting the direction of the sliding movement.
[0010] According to the above configuration, when the protective wall is configured to rise from the back surface of the main body, by providing the protective wall at the corners of the storage section or at parts where items stored in the storage section are likely to get caught when installing or removing the storage section by sliding movement, it is possible to reliably prevent the cushioning material from peeling off. Effect of the Invention
[0011] According to the technology disclosed in this specification, it is possible to provide a lid member for a vehicle storage compartment in which the cushioning material is not easily peeled off. [Brief description of the drawings]

[Figure 11] Cross-sectional view showing how the cushioning material of a conventional deck board peels off DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0013] <Embodiment 1> A first embodiment in which a lid member for a vehicle storage unit disclosed in this specification is applied to a deck board 20 provided in a luggage compartment 12 of a vehicle 10 will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 6. In each figure, the arrows FR and RR indicate the front and rear of the vehicle, respectively, the arrows UP and DW indicate the upper and lower sides of the vehicle, respectively, and the arrows R and L indicate the right and left sides of the vehicle travel direction, respectively.
[0014] 1 is a perspective view of a vehicle (one example of a vehicle) 10 having a rear door (not shown), such as a hatchback or a station wagon, as viewed obliquely from the rear. A luggage compartment 12 is formed behind a rear seat 11 of the vehicle 10. The luggage compartment 12 is covered from the rear of the vehicle by a rear door, and by leaving the rear door open, luggage can be loaded and removed from the luggage compartment 12.
[0015] The floor surface 21 of the luggage compartment 12 is constituted by a deck board (a lid member for a vehicle storage section) 20. The deck board 20 is mainly composed of a board main body portion (an example of a lid main body portion) 20A that is generally in the shape of a rectangular plate. A storage recess (an example of a storage section) 13 capable of storing tires, tools, etc. is provided below the deck board 20 in the luggage compartment 12, and the deck board 20 (board main body portion 20A) is disposed in a horizontal direction to cover the storage recess 13 from above. The storage recess 13 is box-shaped with the inside of the peripheral wall 14 partitioned by a partition wall (not shown, an example of a main body support portion), and a flange portion (an example of a main body support portion) 15 that spreads outward is provided at the upper end of the peripheral wall 14. The deck board 20 can be attached so as to cover the storage recess 13 by sliding it from the rear to the front of the vehicle with the back surface 22 facing downward.
[0016] Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the back surface 22 (lower surface) side of deck board 20 viewed diagonally from below. Of board main body 20A of deck board 20, a band-like U-shaped region that includes the front end and both left and right ends and is arranged along these ends is made into thick plate portion 23 that is thicker than the other areas (mainly the central portion). This thick plate portion 23 is made into a portion that is placed on flange portion 15 described above (an example of a facing portion) (see Fig. 1).
[0017] In the following description, if a portion of deck board 20 (board main body 20A) that is thinner than thick plate portion 23 is referred to as thin plate portion 27, thick plate portion 23 and thin plate portion 27 are formed by providing a step 29 on the rear surface 22 side of deck board 20. Floor surface 21 (front surface) side of deck board 20 (board main body 20A) is entirely flush (see FIG. 1). In other words, thick plate portion 23 protrudes downward more than thin plate portion 27.
[0018] A plurality of block-shaped (rectangular) cushioning materials 30 (e.g., urethane, nonwoven fabric, etc.) are attached to a part of the back surface 22 of the board body 20A that faces the flange 15 and the partition wall (not shown). These cushioning materials 30 prevent the board body 20A from directly contacting the flange 15 or the partition wall, and suppress the generation of abnormal noise caused by vibration during driving. The cushioning materials 30 can be attached by any method, such as bonding with an adhesive, attaching with an adhesive tape, ultrasonic welding, or heat welding. In this embodiment, an adhesive tape 33 is used (see Figs. 5 and 6).
[0019] Deck board 20 (board main body portion 20A) of the present embodiment is provided with a wall (an example of a protective wall) that surrounds cushioning material 30 described above. Below, the wall provided in thick plate portion 23 and the wall provided in thin plate portion 27 will each be described in detail. Note that below, the back surface of thick plate portion 23 will be described as 22A, and the back surface of thin plate portion 27 will be described as 22B.
[0020] The thick plate portion 23 is provided with a recessed portion 24 that is recessed in a concave shape from the back surface 22A and into which the above-described cushioning material 30 can be fitted inside (see FIGS. 3 and 5). The depth dimension D of the recessed portion 24 is set to a dimension smaller than the thickness dimension T1 of the cushioning material 30 including the adhesive tape 33 (D < T1). That is, in a state where the cushioning material 30 is attached to the bottom portion 25 (an example of the portion to be attached) of the recessed portion 24, the lower surface (an example of the protruding surface) 31 of the cushioning material 30 is set to protrude downward from the back surface 22A of the thick plate portion 23 (see FIG. 5). With such a configuration, the boundary portion between the bottom portion 25 of the recessed portion 24 and the attachment surface 32 of the cushioning material 30 is covered from the side (specifically, in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction) by the inner peripheral wall (an example of the protective wall) 26 of the recessed portion 24.
[0021] Note that the depth dimension D of the recessed portion 24 is preferably 0.5 mm or more. This is because when the depth dimension D of the recessed portion 24 is 0.5 mm or more, it is difficult for foreign matter to reach the boundary portion between the bottom portion 25 of the recessed portion 24 and the attachment surface 32 of the cushioning material 30.
[0022] On the other hand, the thin plate portion 27 is provided with a standing wall (an example of the protective wall) 28 that protrudes annularly from the back surface 22B and can surround the periphery of the above-described cushioning material 30 (see FIGS. 3 and 6). The protruding dimension (height dimension) H2 of the standing wall 28 from the back surface 22B of the thin plate portion 27 is set to a dimension smaller than the thickness dimension T2 of the cushioning material 30 including the adhesive tape 33 (H2 < T2). That is, in a state where the cushioning material 30 is attached to the inside (an example of the portion to be attached) of the standing wall 28, the lower surface (an example of the protruding surface) 31 of the cushioning material 30 is set to protrude downward from the tip (lower end) of the standing wall 28. With such a configuration, the boundary portion between the back surface 22B of the thin plate portion 27 and the attachment surface 32 of the cushioning material 30 is covered from the side (specifically, in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction) by the standing wall 28.
[0023] The protruding dimension H2 of the standing wall 28 from the back surface 22B is preferably 0.5 mm or more. This is because if the protruding dimension H2 of the standing wall 28 is 0.5 mm or more, foreign matter is less likely to reach the boundary between the back surface 22B and the mounting surface 32 of the cushioning material 30. The thickness dimensions T1, T2 of the cushioning material 30 attached to the thick plate portion 23 and the cushioning material 30 attached to the thin plate portion 27 can be appropriately set depending on the depth dimension D of the storage recess 13, the protruding dimension H2 of the standing wall 28, and the positions where the upper ends of the flange portion 15 and the partition wall are disposed.
[0024] When the storage recess 13 is closed with the deck board 20 of this embodiment, as described above, the deck board 20 is slid from the rear to the front of the vehicle with the back surface 22 facing downward. At this time, if the cushioning material 30 gets caught on a corner between the peripheral wall 14 and the flange portion 15 of the storage recess 13, a corner of the partition wall, or a stored object such as a tire stored in the storage recess 13, a force is applied to the cushioning material 30 in a direction in which it peels off from the back surface 22 of the deck board 20, and the cushioning material 30 may peel off. In particular, if the above-mentioned corner or stored object gets caught in a manner that it enters the boundary between the mounting surface 32 of the cushioning material 30 and the deck board 20, or if it sticks to the adhesive tape 33 (see FIG. 11), the cushioning material 30 is more likely to peel off.
[0025] However, according to deck board 20 of this embodiment, the boundary between underside 22 of board main body 20A and mounting surface 32 of cushioning material 30 is covered from the side (outer periphery) by inner wall 26 or vertical wall 28, so corners or stored items are less likely to get caught on cushioning material 30, and even if a portion protruding from inner wall 26 or vertical wall 28 (a portion away from mounting surface 32) does get caught, cushioning material 30 is easily released, thereby preventing cushioning material 30 from peeling off from board main body 20A.
[0026] Next, the effects will be described. Deck board 20 of this embodiment is provided with board main body 20A having a plate shape and with back surface 22 disposed on the storage recess 13 side, and cushioning material 30 attached to flange portion 15 supporting board main body 20A from the storage recess 13 side and to a part of an opposing portion opposing the partition wall on back surface 22 of board main body 20A, and back surface 22 is provided with inner peripheral wall 26 having a height dimension (depth dimension D) smaller than thickness dimension T1 of cushioning material 30 and covering mounting surface 32 of cushioning material 30 relative to back surface 22A (bottom portion 25) from the outer periphery of mounting surface 32, and standing wall 28 having a height dimension (protruding dimension H2) smaller than thickness dimension T2 of cushioning material 30 and covering mounting surface 32 of cushioning material 30 relative to back surface 22B from the outer periphery of mounting surface 32.
[0027] According to the above configuration, the inner wall 26 and the vertical wall 28 prevent the corners of the storage recess 13 or the items stored in the storage recess 13 from getting caught or getting stuck between the back surface 22 of the board main body 20A and the mounting surface 32 of the cushioning material 30, thereby preventing the cushioning material 30 from peeling off from the back surface 22 of the board main body 20A.
[0028] Deck board 20 is configured to close storage recess 13 by sliding in the fore-and-aft direction of the vehicle along the opening of storage recess 13, and standing wall 28, which stands down from back surface 22, is provided in a shape that includes the front and rear of cushioning material 30.
[0029] According to the above configuration, by providing upright wall 28 in a shape that includes the corners of storage recess 13 and the portions (front and rear) where items stored in storage recess 13 are likely to get caught when deck board 20 is attached or removed by sliding movement, it is possible to reliably prevent cushioning material 30 from peeling off.
[0030] <Embodiment 2> Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 7. In the following, only configurations different from the first embodiment will be described, and the same configurations as those in the first embodiment will be given the same reference numerals, and duplicated explanations will be omitted.
[0031] As shown in FIG. 7, the deck board 120 of this embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that a portion (an example of an attachment portion) where the buffer material 30 is attached, which is disposed inside the annular standing wall 28 on the back surface 22B of the thin plate portion 27, is a bulging portion (an example of a buffer material support portion) 22C that bulges downward in an arc shape.
[0032] The bulging dimension (height dimension) H4 of the top (lower end) of the bulging portion 22C from the back surface 22B of the thin plate portion 27 is preferably less than the protruding dimension (height dimension) H2 of the standing wall 28 from the back surface 22B (H4 < H2). Note that the protruding dimension H2 of the standing wall 28 from the back surface 22 is preferably 0.5 mm or more.
[0033] Also, the protruding dimension H5 of the buffer material 130 from the standing wall 28 at the top (lower end) of the bulging portion 22C is made approximately equal to the protruding dimension H3 of the buffer material 30 from the standing wall 28 in the case where the bulging portion 22C is not provided (the case of the first embodiment) (H5 ≒ H3), so that vibrations can be sufficiently absorbed by the deformation of the buffer material 130.
[0034] According to such this embodiment, in addition to the effect of being able to protect the boundary portion between the back surface 22B (bulging portion 22C) of the board main body portion 20A and the attachment surface 132 of the buffer material 130 from foreign substances, similar to the first embodiment, the thickness dimension of the buffer material 30 can be made thinner than that of the first embodiment (T3 < T2)), so that the manufacturing cost (material cost) can be suppressed.
[0035] <Other Embodiments> The technology disclosed in this specification is not limited to the embodiments described by the above description and drawings. For example, the following embodiments are also included in the technical scope.
[0036] (1) In the deck board 20 of the above embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the tip (lower end) of the standing wall 28 has a corner portion, but as shown in FIG. 8, the tip of the standing wall 128 can also have a rounded shape.
[0037] (2) In the deck boards 20 and 120 of the above embodiment, for example, as shown in FIG. 3, a form in which an annular standing wall 28 is provided on the thin plate portion 27 is shown. However, only two standing walls may be provided in parallel in front of and behind (in a direction intersecting the sliding direction) the mounting portion for attaching the cushioning material, and the left and right direction walls may be omitted. Further, such a configuration is particularly effective when the cushioning material is not in a block shape but in a long shape extending in the left and right direction.
[0038] (3) In the second embodiment, among the back surfaces 22B of the thin plate portion 27, the portion (an example of a mounting portion) where the cushioning material 130 is attached and arranged inside the annular standing wall 28 is formed as a bulging portion (an example of a cushioning material support portion) 22C that bulges downward in an arc shape. However, the cushioning material support portion may be a protruding portion 22D that protrudes downward in a rib shape, for example, as shown in FIG. 9.
[0039] (4) In the second embodiment, a form in which the bulging portion 22C is provided inside the standing wall 28 is shown. However, a configuration may be adopted in which a cushioning material support portion such as a bulging portion 22C (bulging dimension H6 < D) or a protruding portion is provided at the bottom 25 of the recessed portion 24 (see FIG. 10). Also with such a configuration, the thickness dimension of the cushioning material 130 can be set smaller than that in the first embodiment (T4 < T1), and the material cost can be suppressed.
[0040] (5) In the above embodiment, the deck board 20 provided in the luggage compartment 12 of the vehicle 10 is exemplified as a lid member for the vehicle storage portion. However, the technology disclosed in this specification is not limited to the deck board 20, and can be variously modified and applied to other lid members for vehicle storage such as tonneau boards, as well as lid members for vehicle storage portions of railways, airplanes, ships, and the like.
